I get emails from this pathetic woman telling me that I don't allow her to see her children. She walked away from her three year old and her 16 month old in May 2002 for the man that she had been having an illicit affair with for quite sometime before leaving her husband and babies. She makes the claim that she left because she wanted a divorce, well my question is this, why did you not take your babies, if you wanted a divorce why leave the babies? The answer is this, her boyfriend did not want those kids, did not then, does not now, so she puts her boyfriend above all else.
She makes claims that I take her child support and she does not see her kids. Well, she forgets that she is behind by nearly $6000, and she is only paying $300 per month in support anyway, she lied about her income, so she would not have pay support. The next issue is this, she picked them up in June 2008 for her summer visit with them, she took them to Oklahoma, then sent them back early in July 2008 because her boyfriend had enough, and wanted them gone. She claims that it was to be by his bedside after open heart surgery, again the boyfriend took precedence over the kids. She has not sent them anything for Christmas or Birthdays since 2008, she does not help with their expenses thinking that $300 is enough to care for them. One is going into middle school this next year and the other one is in his last year of elementary school.
No one has ever and especially not me every kept her kids from her or vice versa, she is the one that has never wanted kids, she is even signed her rights away on her first kid. She thought she was a biker girl, they could not stand her either. She is incredibly narcissistic, she has yet another Domestic Violence order against her, in fact so does her boyfriend and it is her boyfriend's brother that wants them to get out of his life. No one likes her, she has no friends, yet she wants those around her to think that she is the one that is being mistreated.
Beware of her, and her boyfriend, both are bad news.

I can not believe that they have alienated Frank but when it comes to these two nothing surprises me. If you search Volusia County's Clerk of Courts you will find that she took out a PFA aginst you about the time this was post was written.

I don't know anything about her or your situation, but I can tell you one thing, if she is the kind or person that you say she is you don't need to post stuff about her on the internet or do anything to her for that matter. People like that self destruct. They do so many stupid things, and are so focused on how everything that goes wrong in their lives is someone elses doing that they never get around to changing their own behavior. It may make you feel better for a moment to tell the world that you think she is trash and why. The long term vindication will be staying in contact with her just enough to have a front row seat to one self inflicted train wreck after another. Even if somthing great happens to a person with that mentality they eventually screw it up. Even if they win the lottery they are broke a couple of years later. Don't start acting or thinking like a victim. Teach your kids that they are in the drivers seat of their lives and although people may do mean things to them from time to time, the real quality of their lives will depend on what they do and how they deal with the things they have control over. I was involved with one that sounds just like yours. She really did some crappy things, but I guess part of the male curse is that when they look good they can get away with alot. I'll never forget how semester after semester she would register for college classes, her dad being a stand up guy would pay the university, she would then withdraw, take the money, and let him believe she was working towards her degree. I would say that her behavior during that time in her life did result in her having more fun that most 20 somthings. Now.. 10 years later... no degree, 2 (yes 2) divorces. Foodstamps, and with an extra 40 pounds not hot anymore. And she gets to go through life knowing that her dad tried to give her a better life and she screwed him and herself. You can't tell me that there is anything that I cdould have possibly done to her that would be nearly as bad as what she did to herself by being a stupid, selfish you know what! So hang in there and give it some time. Her own ways will hurt her much more than they hurt you.
