Recently his estranged wife permitted her Landlord to transfer monies to her account for the purpose of paying some bills. Stephen Brock was informed that money was being transferred and who's money it was. He agreed he wouldn't touch it. He did. He took $285 then had his estranged wife's phone cut off.
He has been contacted and refused to return the money.
