Stephen Brock, of Spokane, Washington State. Works For West Corporation. Stephen Brock already has a criminal record of drugs and fraud.
Recently his estranged wife permitted her Landlord to transfer monies to her account for the purpose of paying some bills. Stephen Brock was informed that money was being transferred and who's money it was. He agreed he wouldn't touch it. He did. He took $285 then had his estranged wife's phone cut off.
He has been contacted and refused to return the money.

Jennifer Ogier, the estranged promiscuous wife of Stephen Brock, had agreed to pay her share of the phone bill that they both shared, as a mutual agreement. Jennifer skipped out on paying the bill for 4 months, and then requested that stephen cancel her line, knowing that there would be an ETF. Stephen withdrew the funds from the joint bank account, to cover these costs. Stephen checked with an attorney before making this move, and was assured he was well within his legal rights to do so.
