Steve Koschal is a terrible forger Miami Florida

The forgeries and Fakes being committed by Darvick's Tribe are against God's word.  Darvick's Tribe clearly does not follow the ten commandments. I do not buy or collect autographs because these are false idols of Satan . This darvick tribe is impure an unholy.

Herman Darvick ran a nice auction business , and he paid his consignors within three weeks time in most cases. Very detail oriented and meticulously organised .

His good friend and life long partner , Jerry Granat  died. Herman was devastated. Herman kept his auction house going despite his pain. He fell into a sort of depression or stupor that effected his business . Herman began paying consignors later and later. Items took weeks, months , never shipped. At one point he was using money from a current auction to pay off second or third generation consignors. The UACC began getting formal complaints from both consignees and bidders  . Herman Darvick was expelled from the UACC.

It was Bob Ericson who worked closely with Herman to reverse his expulsion from the UACC. Stephen Koschal was against Herman's redemption. Stephen Koschal was also unhappy about the internal cliques and dishonest dealings amongst certain UACC Members .

The President of the UACC , along with a majority of other UACC members were P.O.ed at Koschal for his opinions that the UACC remain and strive towards excellence and honesty. Stephen Koschal was not only censured by the UACC, but they have an incredible long , but slanted , story about Stephen Koschal and it is right on the UACC Web Site (YOU CAN"T MISS IT). 

Over the years the UACC has declined. The pen & quill is no longer the nice sharply printed magazine. Today the Pen & quill looks like a Xerox of a kidnap note. The content is dark and basically says bad things about certain dealers (not Just Koschal).  Today the Pen & Quill is trailor park trash instead of uplifting and inspiring articles of the past. Lets face people like Tom Platt, Cordelia Platt, Bob Batchelder, Mary Benjamin, Mike Minor, and others have gone on to their rewards . The UACC is left with mostly low class people. Michael Hecht has made a valiant effort to try and steer the UACC into clean waters, but the organization is low on funds. The only truly worthy articles were the ones that Trish Eaton wrote.

Trish's dad is not a very stellar member based on some things in the news. A stolen Document of Neil Armstrong was removed from RR Auction by homeland security. There were questions concerning the validity of a Titanic garment that they sold. Bob should retire and Bobby Livingston should go jump in a lake. Trish Eaton should be in full control over RR Auction because she has the integrity that her dad lacks. RR needs to break away from PSA DNA because of the close connection to Bill Mastro. Also PSA DNA has encapsulated hundreds of laser prints of autographs and tagging them as authentic. Ty Cobb is only one of hundreds among the PSA DNA fakes out there. RR Auction needs to break away from PSA DNA if they wish to survive and keep a stellar reputation. 

Stephen Koschal only spoke the truth and has been bullied by UACC members for it.

As for Mr Darvick. I do not know which of the two are his. Perhaps neither. perhaps both of them.

I retract my statements any and all. The above posts are hurtful and incorrect. Stephen K. is a whistleblower and not a thug. It is true that dealers of autographs have formed a strong allience but with the recent arrest of Bill Mastro who is a stakeholder in PSA the allience will soon fall like dominos and like the empire of John Gotti these autograph dealers will soon pass with the night. btw, here is the arrest warrant that was issued for his arrest supporting the statement of his cousin above and couldn't agree more with the comments already made.  Started off well but has ended up on the dark side of the force.

I think if you were to survey 100 long time autograph collectors and dealers who have knowledge of stephen koschals 99 of them would concur ths is a highly troubled and emotional disturbed individual and an endless supply of hate and anger. Just Google his name and , well you'll get what I m talking about. Read his blog autograph alert where he has a bizarre record of attacking what 99.9% of the autograph industry will concur are REPUTABLE people, PLUS in one recent posting (Dec 9, 2009) he blasts a long time very reputable dealer AND Amazingly gives credit to a very well known LESS competent autograph authenticator. Bizarre, crazy?, yes maybe, But NO surprise coming from stephen koschal.

Im not surprised to learn about Steven Koschal's corruption. I am his cousin and know firsthand about the horrible things he did to his family. He left his wife and kids flat & destitute to be with another woman and his poor children were devastated by this. He left with no warning and has not contacted his kids in the 25+ years since he slithered out of town. His wife had to work 2 jobs to support her 3 children after he left while he lived a life of luxury in Florida with his girlfriends. His Mother passed away recently and had nothing good to say about him even on her deathbed. (No he didnt attend the funeral). Im not suprised he did illegal things to his customers. He screwed his own small children over, I'd be suprised if he DIDNT do anything illegal/immoral to people. This guy is a bottom feeder and a homewrecker and deserves everything he gets. I hope he has to live looking over his shoulder until he is finally caught and then has to pay all the back child support he owes so his poor wife can finally have some peace in life.
