Complaint Review: Steve Krystofiak
Steve Krystofiak503 Tiller Lane. Redwood City , Ca 94065 TEMPE, Arizona United States of America
Steve Krystofiak Steve is a slumlord who promised a fraternity mansion for my brothers and gave us a slum. TEMPE, Arizona
Fast forward to move in day, and the place is a dump, with multiple code violations. The police who have been over said this is the worst place they've seen any fraternity live. He turned all the living rooms into bedrooms, and charges $550/month to live in a living room. For much less than that, you can get a 500 sq ft apartment to yourself down the street. Everyone hates the place, and so do their parents.
The other fraternity managed by him feels the same way. Anyone considering renting from this guy, DON'T!!!! Guess what, if you go to any nice apartment by campus, and you talk to the owner and offer 100% occupancy with your fraternity, they'll do it. And then you'll actually get a nice place. I would literally pay people not to live here, it's that bad. No one should have to live in a place like this. Steve Krystofiak should be avoided at all costs. Even his own fraternity that he is an alumnus of think he is a scum bag and won't rent from him. Drive by the complexes he owns on Stanley St and ask anyone that lives there what they think. You will get angry responses 100% of the time. I hope this guy ends up in jail.
