We made the mistake of hiring Steve Kuhnhausen. He was unprofessional, did not know law, was walked over by the other attorney.
He was not organized, I did most of the research for him. He was not well connected with the judges or GAL. He acted like he knew everyone and that they would be "friendly" to him, but they were not.
Our case was dragged out for years, and finally into a trial where he was ill prepared.
Needless to say we lost our son because of his ineptness at a custody hearing.
He quit one week before the hearing so we had no legal representation. He loved his name in the newspaper, but he did not want to lose and have people know he lost.
Do not walk, but run from him.
