Here is the original report I posted back in October about Pharmazone Labs, Viapren Strips and Nimbus Communications (Listen Up):
If you are here it is because you have had the pleasure of dealing with Pharmazone Labs and Nimbus Communications (the virtual call centers where you first called and ended up in this situation) and you want to know what you can do.
First, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY TRYING TO CALL THEM FOR A REFUND. They will give you the run-around, they will lie to you, hang up on you and yell at you. Even if they do agree to a refund it will only be partial and you may spend weeks or months trying to get it.
Contact your bank or credit card company to dispute ALL of the charges incurred by Pharmazone, Pleasure Ring, American Leisure, Easy Saver, etc. whether it is $9.41, $1.14, $9.95, $10.55, $16.95, $48.73, $39.32 or whatever new amount they come up with.
It's inconvenient and wastes a lot of your time and energy which is what they are counting on and they assume most people will just take the loss and chalk it up to they're own stupidity. I almost did but this company has made millions of dollars that way and you shouldn't let them get away with it.
Their products do not work and they are fraudulent charges. You never entered into any agreement no matter what they tell you that you said. They'll tell you they have you on tape agreeing to everything which may be true but they don't always tell you everything. That is their scare tactic into stopping people from disputing the charges and/ or giving them refunds.
This is what you need to do if you haven't already:
1. Dispute all charges with your bank or credit card company
2. File complaint with Attorney General of State of Arizona about Pharmazone Labs at:
http://www.azag.gov/consumer/complaintform.html
3. File complaint with Federal Trade Commission under Credit Card FRAUD with Nimbus Communications and Pharmazone Labs for selling Credit Card Info without consumer knowledge or consent to marketing sites such as American Leisure and Easy Saver at:
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
4. File complaint with Better Business Bureau of Maine about the selling practices and fraudulent use/ charges to your credit card because of Nimbus Communications (These are the people that knowingly sell a fraudulent product and then sell your credit card info to third parties) at:
http://data.boston.bbb.org/complaint/index.asp?FirmID=99999
Info you will need for complaint:

5. File complaint with Better Business Bureau of Arizona about the poor customer service, refund practices and general nastiness of people of Pharmazone Labs at:

I am so sorry to hear about the bad experience you have had with Stimul-X. Unfortunately, that is what happens to every customer. I used to be employeed with Stimul-X for 6 months in their Scottsdale Call Center.
I guarantee their company is a complete fraud. You probably thought that you had a 10 Day Trial with the product, if they even told you about it when you placed your order. Think again, they have their computers set to send the next product to you on the 9th day. And, when you call they tell their CSR's to make up and alter the dates that you really placed your order.
So you got past that part, now you want to mail the product back. DON'T BOTHER. They will never issue you the refund of $33.33 or $39.32 or $40.46 that they promised. They just wait until they get too many chargebacks on one credit card provider and ditch that one and switch to another.
Now, they want you to keep the product for a credit of $12, $14, $16, $20, or $24. Understand that those employees get paid a commission from the hard earned money you were charged for this product if you agree to keep that product.
So you declined that and now they are telling you that they will play the recording from when you placed your initial (FREE) order. For one, they don't even have that recording, it never existed and you NEVER CONSENTED TO A 10 DAY TRIAL.
Simply thank them for their time, haha, and hang up. Then immediately call your credit card provider (VISA, MC, AMEX) and inform them that the only charge you authorized was for $9.41 for the sample order and that you never authorized $48.73, $49.87 or whatever other new amount they have come up with. You will DEFINITELY GET YOUR MONEY BACK and you don't have to deal with these people anymore.
And when finished with that and if you have time please contact the Arizona Attorney General's Office @
1275 W. Washington Street
Phoenix, AZ 85007
ATTN: CRIMINAL DIVISION, SPECIAL INVESTIGATIONS SECTION
and file A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THEM, they're familiar with the company already!
