I recieved an invitation to one of storesonline's seminars and went. Well after eating they're ham sandwich and potato chips, which my guest didn't. I decided to take they're offer and pay the $20.00 and schedule the seminar. By the way we were each given a planner too. I just happened to enter the Ripoff Report web page and decided to search Storesonline to see if they had been reported by some chance.

Boy was I in for a shock, I couldn't believe all the complaints I saw. I decided to take action, First of all I am not going to they're workshop, and second I called the police. I also called crimestoppers, and the FBI. On Monday July 25Th they are having a workshop in Lafayette Louisiana.

I want to thank RipOff Report for being there. I only lost $20.00 but if I can get these people shut down or save a lot of people from getting screwed then I did my job as a citizen of the great USA Thank You Rip Off Report you may have saved a lot of people a lot of money.

Written Like a "True Storesonline Believer" or Sychophant

AUTHOR: Gary - (Australia)

Good on you Ryan,

Why you would come here and write such mamby-pamby drivel in the face of ALL this damning evidence of people who have been ripped off by Storesonline is completely bewildering.

Maybe you are a "true believer." Maybe you are a "Storesonline sychophant." Maybe your best friend works there. Maybe YOU even work for the company. Who knows?

It was very interesting to note your style of writing - no capitals. That is the first thing that people do when they are trying to disguise their identity.

The monkeys are chattering.

to quick to jump the gun

AUTHOR: Ryan - (U.S.A.)

andrew i went to the same class and also paid the $20 for the workshop. i also came to this site and read up on stores online but, i did go eat the free meal (which was real good) but, just like any company you have critics nobodys perfect so i went in mind even if they are a scam i know i will get a free meal & i will learn something from the workshop and don't have to buy anything (i didn't buy anything).

but 1 thing i can tell you i learn more from this work shop than i thought i ever could even before i read the bad stuff on here. i think everything is legit on stores online just they give you 10% you have to supply the other 90%.

why didn't i buy because before i put that kind of money into something i have to do more research if they want to wait fine if not guess what i done learn tonite that there not the only web hosting company. so do i still belive there is money to be made with them are any othe hosting company HELL YEA JUST TAKES WORK TO GET GOING THEN SIT BACK & COLLECT

Storesonline has plenty of legal issues

AUTHOR: Shemonika - (U.S.A.)

Storesonline will sell more crappy websites because of their legal troubles with the Securities Fraud and State of Texas. I just wish the FTC should take a look at the 300 complaints on THIS one site. The business should be shut down forever along with all those hideous aliases.

You should read the Utah BBB page about them because if you are having difficulty with getting your credit rating or your refund use this page as proof that government action was taken against them. I know that the BBB is not best to retrieve a result, but BBB must tell if any government action has been taking against a company.

I am sure other states will sue them soon as well because there was a cease and desist order in Washington State and Vermont ( they violated both orders by continuing to sell their faulty product), a settlement in California on April 7, 2004, and a news expose in Pittsburgh about these crooks.

Happy reading. Another issue too, CEO Danks even admitted that he sold these to poor and working class people (he also even stated that only 1/3 of the purchasers have a credit score of 620 or higher, the average score is 680). This means he targeted several low class neioghborhoods and people to sell to and the information about this on stocklemon.
