Stores OnLine/PMI Coaching Ripoff! Unkept Promises, Lies. Orim Utah
I am a college educated person and my partner has a Phd. We are not stupid people. We were both looking for a website business to promote our products. When we attended the Stores On Line meetings, we were lead to believe that we could have our store up and running within a week and would be assisted in every way we needed help.
They had many Stores On Line store owners there to testify that everything was true. We decided to go to another meeting before we made any decisions. They pressured us to buy six stores. We decided to only do three. We paid for PMI coaching who is affiliated with Stores On Line to coach us through the entire process, and they (Stores On Line) even said they would do it for us.
After weeks of work and trying to read the manuels, plus the coaching, things started coming together. Our stores were on line, but we haven't got the first order. After being live for six months, we still have not had any orders. Stores On line said they can't figure out why we aren't selling anything.
The biggest grip I have about the PMI coaching, is our coach was more interested in hurring up and getting off of the phone than making sure we understood what he was telling us. He would give us a ton of information really fast and expect us to get it within a 30 minute call. I got the feeling that he gave us what he was supposed to and he was finished.
I asked him if we could email him for help after our sessions were over, and he said we could. When I did, he would never respond back. I really don't think they care if we are successful or not. Both Stores On Line and PMI Coaching lead you to believe they are more than they are. I'm about to find a lawyer and try to get my money back.
