I purchased 3 sites which were to be paid monthly with the total cost after deposit at $3299.00. After the first month of trying to setup the sites and getting calls from Storesonline promising help for an extra 6k i started to get suspicious. For hours on end I was getting the run around from their so called help team.
I was following their guidelines on how to build a successful site but was constantly coming to a dead end. I continued in vain for months, spending countless hours in trying to get things going in the meantime all StoresOnline could offer was for me to cough up more money. I asked a friend who was a Web designer where i was going wrong, he had heard of StoresOnline and gave me the bad news and turned my attention towards this site and what was happening in regards to the ACCC.
I was so pissed off that after paying nearly $1000 in installments i stopped paying. I then received a letter from Duvera stating I owed them $2700. I did not give them a cent and now my account has been passed to another agency based in Florida which claim I owe them close to 4k. I would like to know how many more people are in a similar predictament and would like to hear what actions they are taking.

I have no evidence but I have no doubt that the 'finance company' that you signed with will be owned by the same people who ripped you off.
