Ladies and Gentlemen,

In my research concerning Storesonline, I visit their Storesonline Merchant Forums. A website comprised of current and apparent past customers. I discoverd the following letter from an iMergent/Storesonline Customer Relations Representitive. I will submit the letter in its entirity and let RipOff.com edit it for appropriate content. I don't attest to its authenticity. That is clearly up to iMergent/Storesonline to substantiate. I report, you decide. You make the call. The letter reads...

To all customers,

We would first like to state to all purchasers of products and services from StoresOnline, Inc. and Galaxy Mall, Inc, that we value each and every one of you as customers. We regret any complaint(s) made about our company regarding the purchases you have made, and it is our commitment to resolve each and every person's complaint or issue in a fair and amicable manner. We also appreciate those that have given us praise.

While we have no interest in controlling or stopping the content found on this site or any other site(s), however we do have to say that we actively monitor the postings regarding StoresOnline in an effort to maintain quality Customer Service as we value our customers. There are many reasons why our employees cannot post responses through this forum, but that does not mean we do not care, nor does it mean that we ignore these comments, complaints, or praises.

StoresOnline continues to strive to maintain quality products as well as quality Customer Service. We invite all concerned customers to further investigate our corporation by going to http://www.imergentinc.com. From that site you will be able to find all our public information since we are a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange and you will also be able to see testimonials of customers that have had success with our company, including their personal successful websites. We're sure some of you have met a few of these customers through this forum already.

We ask those with questions or concerns to please contact our customer service department first. We do have a rating system in place so that those that receive phone chat or email support should be able to provide us with instant feedback, Good or Bad. Our managers use these surveys to gauge what training is needed to help better our service. We do ask that you provide us with a current and working email address, so that you receive these feedback surveys. There are many changes that we are making and will continue to make to improve the quality and types of service you receive.

Now then to continue the report. We and I have seen many promises and statements surrounding said company. We and I have heard many things said and not delivered on. So, it is the expressed opinion of this reporter that the above letter is further proof of the propaganda and smoke screens that continue to permiate the internet and in the real lives of innocent people. Please consider the above letter and make your own conclusions.
