Below are the copies of emails I sent out to StormVac. I ordered the StormVac, was not satisfied with its performance, so i emailed Stormvac customer Service to let them know tht I was sending via ups the vacuums back, and asked for a refund, as I was returning the merchandise before th one month money back guarantee had run out. These were returned in the original box, one had never been taken out of the box, and I simply asked that a credit be given to my credit card, or a check be mailed to me minus the shipping charges. I have never received a response from Stormvac, and when I last called the number I got I was referred to a number in New York who never answered. I then mailed all this same information to the New York headquarters office, and have never received a response from them either. I would ask that a refund check be mailed, as I have cancelled this particular credit card that they continued to charge me after I had returned the vacuum.

I asked that I be refunded the amount (minus shipping
of course), placing my name, address, phone number,
order refrence, and invoice number, asking that the
card I used to place the order be credited.
I am quite upset at this point, as not only was my
credit card charged initially for the $94.92( $37.00
shipping) on 1-13-06, posing on 1-16-06. On 2-8-06 my
card was charged $39.95, before the vacuum was

same back to you, in the same shipping box you sent it
to me in, it cost me $18.02.
I am asking that you respond immediately to this
matter, and credit back my credit card in the amount
of no less than $137.82.
If I do not hear from you, this will all be forwarded
to my credit card company in dispute.

I ordered the windstorm vacuum on the 8th day of
January, shipped and invoiced on the 16th day of
January, arriving at its destination several days
I have tried the one vacuum, and I am not very
impressed, as I spend more time bending over and
picking up little piece of lint and threads from the
carpet. If you turn this vacuum on more more than just
3 or 4 minutes, it gets extremely overheated, and
doesn't seem to have the suction power needed to pick
up these items from the floor.
I tried to pick up small particles from the kitchen
floor a well, and it just seems to push these around.
I am sending this back to you at the address listed on
the invoice in the shipment. I would appreciate a
refund made to the card in which this order was placed
