Have used Straighttalk for the past 6 mths and what is true about the service is that it's good. Providing u don't have a problem. When u try to get Cust Serv by fone: "experiencing hi volume of calls" or by web site: "site is currently down". During the middle of Aug 2013 my Cell Fone was lost. I called ST to stop service. 12 hrs later my cell Fone was found and returned. Thats when the problems began. I could not get thru to ST for days and when they finally responded it was to inform me that:""." because u cancel service, u not due any credit for remaining 2 wks". So in order to have Cell Fone service I had to pay for a new plan.
