I spoke with Steven- 5230266, supervisor in Florida, from Stream Energy. I was informed that my service had been disconnected because I had a past due balance. The current bill indicted to pay the full balance in full by 2/22/2013. I made a online payment of the full balance on 2/21/2013 , before the Due Date, and they still disconnected my gas service.

When I called I was told the only thing they could do was to cut it on by Friday March 1, 2013. I emphasized that this was wrong and how could they possibly say that I have to wait 4 days to get my gas back on, when the temperature is 30 degrees and it is their fault. The supervisor simply mentioned all they could do was wait for AGL to cut on services and I shouldn't have had a past due balance. I told the supervisor I had kids in my house who couldn't get heat or food without gas since the house is all gas and he simply said it was nothing he could do. I shouldn't have been late on my bill.

Can someone please help me, this is so wrong and this company has no morals!!!!

O man O man there is so much wrong with this post where to start.. I guess 1st Our Office is in Texas always has been always will be as our All our Customer Service reps, managers,supervisors whatever you want to call them. Stream Energy is not even in FL yet. 2nd Stream doesnt turn your power on or off your Local Company does and even at that it has to go 2-3 months past due before they shut you off. Stream only provides in most cases a cheaper rate, The delivery and supply/maintenance all remain the same from your Local Company.  3rd If you paid your bill 1 day before the due date but they cut your power offer from the 22nd til Mar 1 how is that only 4 days? Were you on something when you were writing this halfcocked report just so you feel you could be heard? Our Customer service is Amazing in fact we have won many Awards because of it and more each year, Hope you have a good day and realize that you look like an idiot once you pull your head out of there and right what you have wronged.
