Stubhub mobile app. seller account hacked -

I was selling tickets to the 5/27/14 SFGiants v. Chi Cubs baseball game.

I put the tickets on sale a couple of weeks prior to the game. I set the price equal to or less than comparable seats in my seating level. As the game day approached, I lowered my price along with comparable prices in my seat level. I lowered the price to ensure they were lower than any other tickets listed in my level.

I was out of town and began to use the mobile version of StubHub. As I lowered the price, I noticed next time I logged in my tickets were listed with a higher price, this went on for 2 days before the game.

Finally, I stopped using the mobile version and logged in to the desktop version of StubHub,  I listed the tickets well below any similar ticket in my level. But it was too late, the game was that day and my tickets did not sell.

I believe my account was hacked by another (professional?) seller who set my price higher than theirs. My tickets were no longer competetivly priced. This is evidenced by the price history I received from StubHub support.

There is no way I would raise my price and lower and raise it, there were 9 iterations of this....

After chat, phone call and email, StubHub told me twice, 'don't use the mobile app., it has problems'.

That advice came too late and cost me $150, the value of my tickets which did not sell.

StubHub sellers beware, hackers own the mobile app.
