Workers are not treated fairly, they are not paid on time and are lied to several times about where their paychecks are.
By law you must give employees specific breaks and they are only given a 30 min lunch even when they working over 10 hours.
Managers dump the paint in the toilet or the storm drains, which is illegal, instead of paying for the legal dumping.
Employees are not given very much safety training, nor do the managers care if they are abiding by state safety rules. Most employees learn safety procedures from their co-workers which is illegal.

All of these issues with SEP have been resolved satisfactorily.
There were several misunderstandings on my part during training and those misunderstandings have been addressed and I can confirm that SE does NOT dump paint or anything else down storm drains as I previously thought they did but SE does in fact dispose of the paint according to state laws.

The issues concerning paychecks and employee breaks have also been resolved after the owner of the company (Jamie Wilson) personally hand delivered paychecks yesterday and explained what the mixup was at the accounting level and that our checks were misplaced and covered safety and employee breaks.
I am very happy with Jamie's level of professionalism and commitment to his employees after his showing up yesterday to correct the many issues and concerns I'd had, based upon my point of view at the time.
It would be really nice of all companies were so focused on their employees and their own reputations that they'd make such efforts to correct things so quickly and thoroughly!!
