Additionally, they will send the information to their attorney when you did nothing wrong. For example, management claims that you did not resolve customer issues, but you tell them otherwise because of not hearing from them after they are resolved.
The organization will restrict your account and lie to you in order to get rid of you. They will steal from you as well as break the law by refusing to pay you what you had coming for that particular month.
Please beware of this organization. They break the contract that is provided to you as a writer, and lie as well as steal from you. If this happens, please go to your local Department of Labor in your state, the attorney general and the FTC. Having worked at SNR for this length of time, I have also seen many writers come and go. If this complaint concerns the same writer that I am thinking of, there were a number of unexcused late papers involved that had to be refunded to clients or reassigned to other writers at higher pay rates to complete them. I know these things only because I accepted one of these assignments and saw the message exchanges between SNR and the writer in question.
You can trust this company completely, either as a writer or a client -- and I mean it.

A Totally Different Perspective

The truth is simply that the company has no choice but to fire writers if they receive multiple complaints from customers about the quality of their work. As one of their top-billing and best writers, I have been asked to take over or rewrite orders from some of those writers who had to be fired. The company has never missed a payment or paid me late in almost 10 years. Before switching to direct deposit, one check was not received and the company reissued it immediately upon being notified. If a customer's rewrite request is valid because of my mistake, the company requires a rewrite. If the rewrite request is invalid, the company always backs me up and explains to the customer why a particular rewrite request is not appropriate. All of that is clearly spelled out in our contract, including a requirement that we retain copies of any completed assignments for at least 45 days in case there is ever a problem with an order after the fact. It also spells out that we forfeit the entire month's earnings if we're ever caught plagiarizing.
I have no idea who this writer is or what the specific facts are in this case, but I do know that the company is 100% legitimate and doesn't "rip off" its writers or its customers. If your work is good, you will never have a problem with this company.

Another Disgruntled Writer

It's safe to say that since only 2 writers out of the 500+ we have worked with over the years have filed complaints, that these individuals are upset their writing skills or lack of did not meet our strict requirements. The statistics also do not favor these two disgruntled individuals.
#4 UPDATE EX-employee responds
Report is accurate

One time they came to me 3 weeks after i'd sumbitted an assignment, told me the customer couldn't access the file, and demanded that I re-submit it immediately and would not stop bothering me about it. This was a 5 question assignment on Set Theory and one of the questions was nonsensical, included all sorts of bizarre figures that made it look like the wires got crossed on a text message to a foreign country. I told them that if the customer needed it so fast he shouldn't have waited 3 weeks to note the file inaccessible. This comment was disregarded completely.
They also lied in their presentation of the job. I can't deny that I somewhat knew I'd be writing papers for people who weren't interested in writing them themselves, but it was clearly stated that my papers would be used as a platform which students would consult and that they would not be using them for classes. They might as well be honest about it. The students used the papers for themselves.

False Allegations against SNR

The writer was not an employee of Student Network Resources, she was a freelance writer contracted to complete various writing assignments for our company and clients. After various complaints by our customers regarding the quality of the work completed by E.M., we decided to terminate our work relationship with her, once she completed her remaining contracted work.
We informed E.M. of this decision via email and she responded back that she quit, wanted to be paid immediately and would not be finishing any of the remaining fifteen pending orders she was contractually obligated to complete. We responded informing her that if she did not complete the remaining orders we would have to pay other writers a higher rate to complete them, a cost which would be absorbed completely by her.
She did not respond to our email nor did she complete any of those pending orders. We have a solid reputation within our industry with both our writers and clients which can be easily verified. This individual is clearly upset because we did not retain her services based on the poor quality of her writing and understanding of simple instructions.
If any of the above information needs to be clarified, you can contact our supervisor Mark at mark@snrinfo.com. We have an email thread which clearly states all the facts mentioned in our rebuttal post.
