Okay, I had 2 bad experience at this location. I have a hold my memories account with them for almost 2 years, and i pay $9.95 each month! (I really regret it) The first time I left a review and they told me to come back and give them a second chance in which I did, however, they really did mess things up badly the second time.

On my first bad experience, I came in with a toddler, but because they were delaying things, the boy got hungry and would not corroperate. The photographer was taking his precious time and doing his own stuff (texting) for the longest... but that was nothing... then when they took us to the back room to sell the products, the girl that we had was very rude too! she said that she is "educating us about the products"... we are not idiots... we did not need her to "educate" us about anything. If anything, she needs to be "educated" with some new vocabulary words. Very offensive the way she was talking to us. I used a coupon and charged the total amount to my credits on my holdmymemories account and they mad me pay for tax.. I let that one slide.. When i saigned up, it did not say anything about making me pay for the tax, because that credit IS my money i put in the account monthly!

On my second bad experience, this was the worst! I was promised a better session. This how ever did not happen. When I signed up for the holdmymemories account I was told 100% satisfaction... i will never be satisfied again after these bad experiences.. Similar thing happened at checkout! They decided that this time they would cut my credit in half because I had a coupon. The store manager promised me to give me 50% off this session because of the other bad experience.. however, he did not make it clear to me that i could not use another coupon towards it...(this company is full of suprises and hidden policies). lets say my total was $150 and I had $140... they cut MY $140 credit in half making it $70 and i had to pay for the difference. ridiculous. I was not informed about this!

Next, i came in the friday before Christmas and was promised that i would recieve my pictures by Christmas Eve.. this did not happen.. in fact I came in the store at 1:00pm and waited until 4:00 because i was told that the stopre manager was at the Lab and would bring it in by 4pm.. so i waited... guess what.?? yes it was NOT in by that time.. i was late to church, and i did not have a christmas present for my grandparents because that was a "grandchildren group portrait"!...i was nice.. i let it go because now i was promised to get it by the day after Christmas and was told that they would give me a call the day AFTER Christmas.. this did not happen... guess when they finally did have the pictures Jan. 16th!! and i recieved a phone call by the store manager Jan. 17th like nothing was wrong....!

I definately was not satisfied! Wasted gas and time to check on my pictures, in the end? i get nothing but in fact im losing more than what i gain. I called customer service January 17th, and I was told I was going to get a call back from a lady head of the customer service, and i never did....i tried calling back at the customer service number but no one ever picked up.. i waited and waited to see if they would reply in a timely manner, and of course, they did not. i had to email them i believe it was around February 9?10? or around there... then about 2 days later they gave me One call, left me ONE voice mail, and One email.

Until today this matter has not been setteled!  They are unwilling to compensate anything to me!

Common sense! Even when the pizza delivery man is late when delivering your pizza... the pizza is on him! ... And at Payless Shoes, offer customers $4 off (for gas) coupons when you have to drive aroound. ... And at restuarants, if theres a hair in your food, not only will they give you a new one, the meal is on the! That is what I call customer service!

Studio One to One & Hold My Memories apparently are to different corporation.. however the lady i had spoke to was had customer service of both? Anyways! RUN! SAVE YOUR MONEY! YOU ARE BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE RATHER THAN THIS PLACE BECAUSE YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF FOR SURE! They have hidden and crooked  policies! I have never been so fustrated about a company! so much more but that should be enough for you to get an idea...

ohhh! i almost forgot!!! its ridiculous, during sign up i was told the money that they charged my credit every month would be credited to my hold my memories account! not true! apparently, the credit they do hold and can apply is only up to is $119. 95! i was never informed about this!!! until today. Feb. 16,2012!!! VERY VERY ANGRY. I REGRET COMING TO THIS PLACE!
