Where do I start really dont know where to begin there have been a host of problems with Studio1 Media Productions Ltd who were previously called Diyah Wedding Services (Who closed down by the way due to again not delievering what they promised and taking customers money.
We booked them for our wedding at the start of 2013, thinking they were reputable as they had some really good trailers on their facebook page and their office/hall looked great, all professional.
The owner Shahrul Islam or Masoom whatever his name is promissed the world when we went in for a quote, there was nothing he couldnt do which we thought great so booked him, so we paid over £3000 for everything. Great so paid him half the money as a deposit and the remaining a few months before the wedding. Spoke to him before the wedding, which was good, although sometimes he was hard to get hold off but did get back to me.
Now the wedding day came, although slightly late provided everything he mentioned which was fantastic thought great these guys are good, they did the wedding nicely.
Now this is when the problems started, contacted him after the wedding and he said 6 months guarnteed to have the movie and we should have the pics in 4 weeks. I thought OK as judging by the trailers it will be worth it. Now 6 weeks chasing my pictures, no answer. When he finally answered or returned call he said he had problems with his staff and promissed to have them to me that night. 1 week passed no pictures and he kept doing this for 6 months, always ignoring calls, go to his office the lights are on but door was closed. Called and left messages continously but no answer or response. Called around thinking they have closed down but found a few freinds that also booked him recently so definately not closed down. A few weeks passed still trying to chase him, no answer whatsover. Finally seen him tagged in a local wedding with his company, so paid that place a visit and what happens. He sees me coming toward him and he walks the other way out the back door. NOW IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY TO TREAT ANYONE ESPECIALLY A CUSTOMER. So I thought I would ask his staff if the business is having problems as I have been waiting about 8 months for my DVD and PICS, and they repond with this and I quote. "8 MONTHS, YOUR THE LUCKY ONE, PEOPLE HAVE BEEN WAITING 12 MONTHS + AND LAUGHED IT OFF" now what could I say to that.
Now to summarise. Wedding Early 2013 and it is now June 2014 so over 12 months and not a peep. Lost all my money, dont want to even watch the film now. What a Joke. Guys stay away from these guys they are right scam artists. They did it with one company closed that down and doing it with another company. I bet that will be closed down and now they are saying they have partnered with Piccadilly Banqueting Suite, I would not be surprised if they close Studio1 down and call it Piccadilly Media Productions.
This Masoom or Shahrul needs to be locked up as he cant keep getting away with this.
