I was searching long term loans online and received an e-mail from Carl Blackband-Style Finance Corporation Ltd. - Loans, stating that he could finance the loan I was looking for and sent the terms and conditions, the repayment amount and the interest rate and the monthly payment amount. On September 5, 2012 he sent me an e-mail telling me I would have to send him $100.00 loan fee to Ecuador through Western Union and then to e-mail him the Western Union MTCN # and when he recieved that payment he would send me an e-mail letting me know when I could go to Western Union to pick up our $2000.00 loan.

I waited to hear from him regarding our loan and finally e-mailed him as to when our funds would be on the way, when he finaly answered he said he could not send the funds due to it was going to cost another $150.00 - $200.00 more before he could send us our funds. I told him I did not have any more money to send and if it was going to cost more than that take it out of the loan and if he could not do that then cancel the whole thing and send me back my $100.00 fee due to never receiving the loan. He said he would not send back our fee and he would not be sending the loan money either.

He also has another contact here in the US where I would have been sending our loan payments, Mr. Carl Blackburn said this person was his associate here and his name is: Mr. Herb Smith, 3613 92nd Ave NE, Circle Pines, MN, USA, E-Mail: herbsmith46@yahoo.com. Carl Blackband said he would fund the loan and Herb Smith would be handling the monthly payments. I/we never received a dime and was ripped off for $100.00 that we could not afford but we desperately needed the loan and still do and it would be deeply appreciated if we could get our $100.00 back.
