I paid www.etsy.com/shop/stylemesweetdesign $355 on July 29, 2011 and was promised in writing an awsome custom designed blog. For months after I was put off and repeated told by Mandy (Amanda) that she was working on it or my child is sick again I couldn't work on it this week or my dog just died and I am in mourning (seriously). Finally after never having received this awsome blog on Nov 7th, I demanded a refund and the nightmare began! Mandy refused to return my money! I treated to report her to Paypal and Etsy and she said to much time have now passed and that I was just screwed!!!! I contacted Paypal and the time frame was confirmed, Paypal said I could still file a complaint but having paid through them that they could not get me a refund. They also suggested that I file a complaint with IC3.com. After informing Mandy of this she said she would issue me a small refund to show good faith in case Paypal or someone else tried to come after her (I have all the emails). She also told me that if I contact her again about any money that "quote" ..my husband is a lawyer and i will sue you! and trust me i will!!!.. "unquote". I put a copy of this email on her facebook and she blocked my access, then she blocked me from sending her any future emails through hotmail. She Ripped Me Off! Please don't let her get away with this!

I was browsing 'ripoffreport.com" for new Etsy complaints and I came across this report about Etsy seller stylemesweetdesign ''. And 2 of her negative feedback comments got me poking in her shop. And this is what I found [below]Let me start by saying:. I am a logo creator myself, and I when first started graphic design in school/class, our teacher would get us to check stock sites to get inspiration, and to view examples of designs she wanted us to design for her. WELL when I came across this article on RipOffReport.com I was curious and checked out stylemesweetdesign shop listings, and what I found was disgusting! I found images that I distinctively remembered from the stock image sites I browsed while in school! LOL (I have an elephant brain) And there are 2 lengthy negatives that accused her of lying, and using stock illustrations. AFTER stating she HAND DRAWS every one of a her 'one of a kind' designs!
So...long story short. Amanda/Mandy of Style Me Sweet Design is claiming her "custom" logo work as HER own, BUT she is lying scam artist. She isreally stealing images from REAL graphic artists who post their portfolios on Stock image sites (ie: Istock, dreamstime and others) and charging people a fortune for them...as her own.
Here are a few examples. Oh and I have already contacted Pichayasri (the most used designers she steals from, and no, they are NOT the same person, I contacted Pichayasri myself via dreamstime) So she cannot claim those are HER images on said stock photo sites! And even IF they were, remember.. she claims in her shop listings; every design (in her shop) is 'One of a kind items "HAND drawn by HER" tailored for her customers.She even stole WORDS [Her listing description] from yet another logo designer!
