SMT/Advantage Rental Car never provided documents to support their claim as requested by my insurance company. In the letter sent it also stated that there is no case law or relevant statue that substantiates payment of diminished value.
Now SMT are coming directly to me with the bill and a threat that I will be reported to the National Collection Agency if full amount is not paid.
