Through court is the only way I got a copy of the work order. On this work order it said the tech was here for four hours. No time they started or ended, no signature of the management staff who was present saying yes, ideed this company was here, for this amount of time and what was completed. Every single, ethical and upstanding mechanical repair company I have come in and do repair work (even at home) has someone sign for the work. This SOP is to ensure a company does not pad an invoice and a customer cannot say they were never there, etc. And again, the door still does not work.
I loss the case because it was their word against mine and lied under oath. Do not do business with this company. They work (well through their little minds) and have shoty work ethics, and questionable paperwork. To this day, I still have a broken door to a refrigerator and they charged me 333 for nothing. Good scam.
