Subway Claims to not take coupons, cheats customers out of money Rego Park, Internet

This, to me, is just terrible customer service and dishonest behavior. The employee knew we were going to use the coupon before she took our order, and chose not to tell us. Since we're honest people, we didn't feel we could leave the restaurant without paying. We would not have even ordered as much food if it weren't for the coupon.
