Suffolk County Child Protective Services Denied visitation to the mother when she was clean for 18 months and still allowed the Father visits when he arrested for a weapons charges Ronkonkoma, New York

The mother of the child lived in a long term facility and was clean from drugs for 18 months. Family Court of Suffolk County ( this is another very long story) terminated her rights because they claimed that a hair follicle test came back positive ( even though prior ones-2- did and when she paid a private forensic doctor-it came back negative) terminated her rights AND would not let her lawyer even bring this up at the hearing. SO- the FATHER- WHO REFUSED TO TAKE THE HAIR FOLLICLE TEST- STILL HAS VISITATION AND IN ADDITION HE WAS ARRESTED ON A WEAPONS CHARGE AND IS STILL TO THIS DATE-MARCH 1ST 2012 STILL SEEING HIM!!! UNBELEIVABLE!!!!!!
