Suffolk county CPS , Jdg Tolbert Supreme Court westchester county CHILD ABUSERS BRIBING CORRUPT CPS WORKERS AND JUDGE SAG HORBOR, New York

This mother Melissa Leonard Ekstra had absconded kidnapped our 2 children from our home in 2006 after I found out that she and her mother Dolores Leonard had forged the deed to my home and try to sell it thru her realestate busuness DOLORES LEONARD REALESTATE LTD in Croton on Hudson NY.

4 years of courts, false alligations that ex spoce files my children being abused by the old molester Dolores LEonard living at 281 Madison st Sag Harbor NY  both of my children tell me how the mother and Dolores the maternal grandmother keeps beating them burning them bruiseing them when all they want to do is speak with me and see me their loving father.\\

In Sept 2007 I was granted sole custody by Jdg Tolbert of Supreme Court in Westchester County. This was after a 2 yr trial!

A week later the ex hires new crooked lawyer Jim Nolletti who has close ties to Tolbert . Even after are trial and additional proof why the ex wife should not have custody , proving that the forensic lied to the court the mother lied to 2 different courts proof that Melissa Leonard had multiple mental disorders  bipolar disorder ect.,

this judge Tolbert has over ruled him self  and with out any legit reason as to why!!!

ONE REASON COMES TO MIND  BRIBE BY JIM NOLLETTI !  AS I WAS TOLD BY NUMBER OF PEOPLE.

MY CHILDREN SHOW UP WITH BRUISES BURN WOUNDS  AND NO ONE IS DOING ANYTHING TO SAVE THEM .

CPS in Suffolk is CORRUPTED 3yrs ago I proved that CPS had favored the ex that case was dismised Nowthis new b*tch the caseworker Sue Rasinski had filed new neglect charges because she has been bribed by the ex and her mental old b*tch Dolores Leonard a true man hater who turned her own adopted son in to a AIDS infacted homo John Leonard a crooked lawyer too.

Dolores Leonard has molested her own adopted kids Melissa and John  as the ex had told me years ago.

The ex had also stole and pawned over $200,000 of my jewelry stock which she admitted to at her deposition.

The ex admitted to signing my name on the deed because I did not want to sell our home ! The crooked DA has not done anythingf about the fraurd after number of complaints I filed on fraud.

My son 10yr old is 215lbs thatks to his mother lack of care feading him junk food and not letting him attent sports in school.

My children are being abused by these two mental bi*tches and alienated from their father.

Something needs to be done to save these two little kids from being killed by their mother.
