I made orders in many online shops. But I unforunally meet sugarcraft and Dolores. I asked about delivery to Ukraine. She answered okey. I've chosen goods and passed data of my Visa card. The money has been charged immediatelly. And after that she began to jeer.

You can find the photo of my plastic credit card in attachment. The number of plastic card (Privatbank) is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Owner is Aleks S The last 4 numbers of VIRTUAL Visa Classic Internet card (opened in the same bank, Privatbank) is 1234. I've made payment by this virtual Visa Classic Internet card. I have totally 3 cards in this bank (1 Virtual for internet shopping and 2 Plastic cards in our currency). So I can send photos of all plastic cards. By the way I see that the payment was done already. I can see it through internet service of Privatbank.

 If you cannot supply us with verification we cannot take a chance. We really are suspicious because of sending a wrong credit card number other than the one used to pay for the order. We need ANY bill you have. It can be a utility (for heat etc) or phone bill. But must show this name and address:

Restocking and cancelation fees must be charged. This is because we were charged processing fees and since you decided not to comply with the agreement for International ordering. Though we issue credits within 1-2 days, banks do not get in any hurry to put the money back into your account. It must go through our processor, our bank, then your bank. Support: we dont even store the credit numbers so we have no way of getting it it's for your protection that I cannot do that for you. We do not store your credit card information anyways.

Support: Your credit card number is not on the copy of the order we send you. we dont put credit numbers on bills that is ileagal here in the USA That does not sound right to me. I would ask for a supervisor if I were you

Aleks: the card was charcged in several minutes I can see it through internet service of bank and only 4 days later she said that dont shio me nothing until chack my card
Support: The bank puts a hold on your funds even though the order was declined.
Aleks: I asked my bank already it will take some time to dispute this Support: The funds will come back
Support: and if they don't you can do a chargeback with your credit card company

stealing money from card

Thank you, I am glad to see this was not my mistake,

I had a similar problem; they said they could not validate my address although I made very very certain to enter it correctly in order to avoid the fees.

Worse they have charged me twice on the day of the first order (they mention that if you click the send button twice you will be charged twice but it can be refunded within 10 days, 7 to go, we'll see) In addittion they charged me a 3rd time 2 days later, the exact price of my order, not a percentage fee. I have been e-mailing them about this for several days and still no answer to why it has been charged 3 times, they seem to be completely ignoring the issue and telling me how to provide validation.

This issue is still in progress but I wil no doubt be filing a report when the story is complete.

I've seen today that sugarcraft has returned back my money to card. Therefore the issue is resolved. Probably it was some misunderstanding between us. I think this top may be removed.
