I am still waiting to be contacted by you or your wife Natanya. It seems to me that now you both are trying to dodge around and dont want to pay me at all. After reading your response and it seems too true to believe that you are a one word man. I trusted you to pay me and gave you further time to settle down after you called me in May 2012 but up until now I have not heard back from you though natanya did call a couple of times but it seems like now both of you are trying not to answer my phone calls or return calls to the several messages, letters of reminders etc. You said you were going to make sure you were going to pay me extra each month for all the troubles i have gone through over the course and time of your debt, but let alone that you have not even intended or taken any initiative to pay the actual debt.

If you wanted to pay you could have paid me long time ago, because you guys are filthy rich, you have everything that one would dream of yet you are taking so much time to pay me for my sweat. I feel like you were only talking and not actually doing anything about paying. Please if you are one word of mouth person, call me or send my money. Theres's way too many ways to pay someone. You just gotta pay what you owe, even your banks can do that for you. you just need to do a quick pay or bill pay online free of all hassles. I look forward to your response asap. If you are as honest as you seemed like, pay me now. Waited for too long now JD!!!!

JD Suggs contacted me and promised that he would pay me but since he was serving jailtime his bank accounts were frozen and needed some time. He also promised that he was going to pay me extra each month for all the time i was kept in the loophole and waiting for his payment. His wife Tanya Suggs started communicating instead of JD and said she needed time and i should wait for their response. This was in may 2012. I started calling them both up in June, July and August, but same answer was given or call not returned.

Than in September I got a call from Tanya that she wanted to meet me the next day. It was a Friday and she wanted to meet me on Saturday. I told her I already had a prior committment and that saturday was not possible, I could meet on Sunday or Monday. She said she would call me back and hung up. I called back a couple of mins later but that day and today she has neither called back, returned my call or answers my phone calls. I thought when JD called me as soon as he came out of jail, i believed him, he was honest and reliable and that I had trusted him. I gave him a lot time and understood his situation. I have sent him reminder letters to pay me.

If he Really was serious about paying me, than there are so many ways to pay me. I had suggested Western Union, bank transfer, money wire, moneygram, online bill pay, etc. Its just a matter of taking this seriously and paying your debt. I have given way too much time for this debt to be paid and so i finally have decided that if I dont hear back from him within the next couple of weeks I am taking this matter up into litigation proceedings which will probably cost JD 4 times more than what he owes me for settlement, which involves, the past 2 years interest, court fees and attorneys fees. At this point I would like JD Suggs to contact me asap to settle this matter as soon as possible to avoid the consequences.

You can do this all day everyday and I still would care less. Yes I said I'm a man of my word bit I didn't say I'm an idiot! Your I price of shit you know this I know this. Let's do that! Post these checks or court orders that I supposedly wrote you and that I'm now in default. Post the court order granting you a judgment against me. When we talked you said you wanted the money for a VACTION rental for a whole year because that's what you claim was owed, individuals of my company occupied your home for 3 weeks!! I don't see where the debt lies. You said because I can afford it I should pay it!!lol.

Well Brian stop counting my money or anybody else's for that matter first and formost. Second Brian show me in law or in general practice that I would owe you a year worth or rent when my party stayed there 3 on a month to month Agreement! What I attempted to settle out of the spirit or brotherly love was 10% of the 3 summer month rate not because I owed it but because you said if you didn't know I was going to stay the whole summer you could have rented it out (Which you did rent it out a few days after my part left).and I agreed. I told you to call me if you except you didn't call, your loss and I still sleep fine at night. So here is what I propose. You bring any and all documents here to ripoff report of proof that I owe you even a penny let alone what your asking for, don't hold nothing back what ever doc's you have scan them and upload them for the world to see and let them be the judge scence for whatever reason your not going to a real judge to get a real order against me ( for those reading ask yourself why that is ). And for every evidence of proof of me John D Suggs aka JD Suggs I will pay you $5k no you know what let's make it $10k!! I swear this under penalty and the world wide web is your witness. Just prove your case and you my friend will have a great christmas or what ever else your obviously need the money for. Just post legal documented evidence and you will get $10k for each peice provide.

You remember in that conversation you stated " we know your not doing anything but it's not what your doing it's what we can make it look like" you also stated " you think people wanna see a young black man live the way you do?" .( Which seem to still be your motivation). you went on to say that your also and agent for the ATF ( come to find out your just a informant) and your partner a agent for the DEA/FBI and that you have influence and could move a investigation in any direction and also as you put it slip in and steal evidence or reports or change them.

As you know I didn't except your offer ( and just so you know just because a black man has money does not mean he sells drugs or in illegal activites, which would be the only reason you would think that offer would be interesting).what you didn't know then which you come to know is that I recorded the conversation, the WHOLE conversation and had it transcribed. So yeah about your little prostitution party's with the illegal immigrant girls as you put it and video shoots with them because they can't go to the police yeah Brian stuff like that, is your memory coming back? Or how you get them in and out of the country very easaliy. Or how you can use your position to sell me information on other people and there legal affairs including the mother of my child and where she was at the moment being that I needed to serve her for the custody battle in court ( for all you knew I could of wanted her dead, but yet giving me her location was fine with you). I know you provided misinformation to the ATF and it was you who minipulated the whole situation.the prosecutor heard and read the transcript Brian. Everybody is on to you.

In 2004 I hit my at the time girl friend and as a result I was placed on probation. Truth be told I should have went to prison then! I knew I was wrong then as much as I do now. I tell you this cause I want you to know you accomplished nothing in your scam! I was charged with a class for felonie in the fight with my then girl friend which carries 1 1/2 to 2 1/5 sentence. Buy you coming after me you got innocent people involved ( co- defendants) who was completely clueless ass to what the law was ( which you counted on)or is. You may be asking why this matters? Well the sort answer is. The state offered me a deal, I go free for the ATF case ( that you manipulated) and time served for the probation case if I just testify against you. A simple you for me. And let me tell you Brian jail sucks!!! So the deal was very intriguing, but in the end Brian I'm a better man than you. Through fear and intemadation the state got my co- defendants to sign their life away including the mother of my child and people I care about, so I counter offered them a deal. Terms: 1. In exchange that they drop the felonies against my co defendant and allow them to go free I will pleade no- contest. In doing so the state gets to save face and they get a conviction being that it was all over the news. 2. That the ATF case be ran with my probation case and not a day more. ( like I said I've always excepted responsesabilty for those actions)

The only other way for me to have gone home was for me to get them ( my co defendants) on the stand and make the perjurer themselves which all party's involved including you knew was not hard to do. In doing so my name would be cleared but my co- defendants would suffer with new charges on top of what they already signed to. So instead I took the time I deserved in 2004. Everybody wins, and moves on with there life. My probation was completed and the bogus case with ATF was a fraud there was no wrong doing by ANY of the parties involved. The transcript I have and the courts show and prove that. You should be in in a state and federal prison right now, thanks to me you have a little more time. I'm starting to think I've only done more harm than good. But understand it wasn't for and I wasn't trying to protect you in anyway. It's just wasn't the game I play or believe in. I came from nothing Brian I can do time the question is can you? They'll get you sooner or latter my guess is sooner!! I'm going to post the transcript along with the recordings myself if this is the game your set on playing. It's up to you. In the end I'll still prevail! It's what I'm made of. You wanna try to destroy my name go for it knock yourself out. I'll still come out on top.

Oh for the record Brian me and my wife are still together, my daughter's mother and I are closer than ever before and my business is doing better than it ever has before ( $75,000,000 better lol) and I'm closer to my creator Yahweh as a result as your scheming ,so I'm kinda look forward to your next attack!:) I've learned a lot and matured a lot. You couldn't buy that kind of education. Going through what I went through on the account of bs and making it out with my head still healed high let's you know one thing and that is you can endure anything as long as you keep your faith in Yah and stay focused on your path. It doesn't have to be televised but it appears you have an ax to grind this would be the best way( you know I'm all about everybody winning). You win you take the $100k I win I take your pride. JD Suggs (still)

I was contacted by Mr. Suggs after I posted this complaint. He agreed to settle for an undisclosed amount. I agreed to settle. To date I have not seen a dime... nor heard from Mr. Suggs.

During our conversation he attempted to mitigate the amount owed by saying he would take care of the check fraud of $3500, for which he claimed he is making payments to me and several others. To date I have not received any payments for the fraudulent checks either. I spoke to the check fraud department and guess what? The payments were late again and I was number five in line for repayment. 

If you are going to profess that you are a man of your word, then prove it. Pay what you owe!

On your successful return to society. Since you are a man of your word and intend on repaying all of your debts, I will gladly accept your offer to repay me the $16,100 in vacation rental property payments (during peak season, I might add) that were skipped out on. I believe that we had a settlement offer on the table before the incarceration, perhaps we can revisit the issue to discuss final payment. 

I Would first like to offer you my most sincere apology and express my deep, deep regret for any pain or monetary loss that I have caused you and your family! If memory serves me right, yourself as well as your husband & daughter  were our maid service for my Fountinhills home and I think our PV home  once or twice. i believe you worked 5 days a week at our home, and you along with your family did an amazing job day after day without fail, and without complaint and always respected our privacy when needed. You all were always in high spirits and interacted with my family well, even showing concern when you seen or suspected something was wrong. I guess to some it up you all were hard workers and extremely good people. I wish I could say that your work was bad or incomplete thus the reason why you were not paid, but i cant. You deserve every bit of the $1500 owed you, if not more. To add insult to injury i honestly cannot remember your names. It is not my intent to offer you any excuses, but rather an explanation on the events that took place in hopes that in the end we can come together to have a meeting of the minds so that i may have the privilege ( although i may not deserve it)  to settle my debt with you and you allow me to  salvage my honor

With that being said I want you to know that I've never intentionally hid my face from you nor did i ever want to avoid paying  you. As your well aware of at that time I had just began my custody battle with Freedoms mother whom you also know and what appeared to me to be a close relationship. this could be simply because if was she that sought your company out and offered you the contract. Or then again maybe simply because she's a good person, and she is a good person and a great mother. Anyhow with the family court case going on and the the time and energy and resources being used to locate my daughter and her mother, was at that time all that was consuming my thoughts and actions. also at that time  I was having problems with my wife as well whom you also know and were close to and who also is an truly amazing person.However what is not know by you and most people is that since 2005 I've been in constant court litigation and investigations. From criminal to ( 2004 dv assault case) to civil law suits (for example i was being sued or my company for a back invoice for thousands of dollars but yet Iv never been to aviation school but because a manager or member of one of my companies did without it having to do with any company business  somehow i was responsible. there were allay situations like this all the time. or i would co-sign for a home for someone a friend or family member with the ideal of them carry the  the note or rent but knowing that i was going to be the one holing the bag when the courts come calling. in this case the fault was mine and only mine for making those irresponsible choices.) ( and other's were legitimate civil disputes but they were just that disputes.) But regardless of the situation all of them requires resources if not only to prove your not the responsible party or to get it shut down before it makes it that far up the latter. I only mention this because what is not know that from2006  to 2010 I was in court every month of that time sometimes 2 or 3 times. and nearly 99.9 percent of the time it was bogus but it was either fight or go away from my family for a long time which was not an option at least if i could help it. so basically i was attempting to juggle my personal life and business life all while keeping it all hidden to protect the image and integrality of the brand i was building.

As a man  we feel that we can pretty much handle anything. we feel that as long as we keep going or keep trying in the end it'll all work out if our intentions and goals are in line with whats good and right. well as the saying goes " the road to hell are paved with good intentions". I've learned that sometimes that our good intentions can get lost in translation if your not careful,and that everyman has a braking point, either here or in the next life. and at the time of our arrangement I had reached mine. A a man that worked closely  to the ATF (at the time he told me he was ATF came to my Scottsdale office  and at that time told me " hey we know your not doing anything but its not about what your doing but what we can make it look like". As you've mentioned I drive exotic cars in live in mansion type homes and have lots of cash ( your words not mine :} ).so yes me being young and black with that kind of life style you can paint a picture if your good enough to to look like i must be selling drugs or into something not lawful. because my personal life i keep hidden no one really know what goes on behind close doors. the reason I called on you to give your statement and a small group of other people close to my personal life is simply because you were able to see what the public cant. you were there to see me as the man and a father and without the lights cameras and action. And i knew you would tell the truth because of the good person you are. and because of that  and those that really knew I won that case. you were right to have trusted me when i spoke my word to you.I'm sorry i betrayed that trust by placing you to the side until it slipped my memory. 2010 march 3, I was arrested by the ATF On conspiracy charges to commit forgery. what this means is at some point in time 2 or more people talked to commit a crime. The news reported that I JD Suggs enlisted  a quartet of women to purchase firearms on my behalf and in doing so they would have to lie on the gun application when asked is this gun for you. by striking the box yes when in truth it was not then you would be committing a crime. you may be more familiar with the term "straw purchase'.but what they didn't tell you was that the astranged  quartet of women were in fact members of the Suggs corarations and it was there  job to use company funds to purchase anything the company needed. you find yourself asking why would we need guns. well as must people know i offten have a securty detaial with me and my family and as well as the celebertys that we bring to are events whoes protection where responsable for. and not to mention thatmy home was broken into, as  well as my office and vehicels ,as well as my brother murderd, and rob for his car all in the same month. so yeah i felt to ensure the the saffty of myself family and those i'm responsable for.so maybe the law was broke however it was done in my ignorance.the reason i go into detail about this situation is because those charges didn't just include me but 4 other women who had no ideal they had done something wrong and to them i cant express how sorry i am. to bring this to a close I i did two years and one month in ADC and just returned home 4-4-2012 (yesterday). this is or was unknown by most. although my company has still displayed an appearance and that i was around the truth is my companies have been operating through power of attorney.and since then i've restructured and reorganized my company and my life.I'm now hands on with all account and relationships.

but in moving forward I would like to settle any paste debts that may be there from any past Suggs companies in business or personal.I honestly never meant for you to be passed up on payment but through all of my dramas and life s ups and downs you slipped through the cracks. and to be a little more straight forward and honest with you, i would be lying if i said you are the only one. and for this i am truly ashamed. so with this post i'm hoping and praying that it serves as to purposes. the first to make thing right with you and the second is to offer my information to anyone else who feels that i or one of my companies past or present owe them any unpaid balance or debt to contact me so that we to may have a meeting of the mind and they to can be made whole in terms of payment.If i knew who they were i would call them or seek them out but I dont so this is at the moment the best way.
