Purchased a vehicle here in May, 2012. We were promised, in writing, repairs and services. After week of waiting for the ordered parts to coming we finally were told to bring the vehicle in for the repairs only to be told the day after we dropped it off that they needed a few days for the new parts to come in. Wait, I thought thats why we waited a few weeks to bring it for the services in the first place. Well that was just the beginning of the lies we got from the service manager. That and that he personally work on our vehicle. We finally got our vehicle back a week later only to have all of the same issues that we dropped it off with. We were told later that day to bring the vehicle back in after the weekend and they will see what they can do. A little over 3 weeks and several lies later we finally picked our vehicle back up. Halfway home we began having new problems. We have no idea if the old issues have been resolved as the vehicle no longer start. We have owned this vehicle for a little over 8 weeks but it has only been in our possession for about half of that time. The other half it has been sitting at Sullivan Motors being "repaired" and that to me is a joke. It has more problems now than it did when we dropped it off.
