Sumeer Homes Sumeer Custom Home Builders Deceived me into thinking they would fix my new home problems, ive been shafted Red Oak, Midlothian, Waxahachie, Ellis County Texas

I closed on my Sumeer home after Christmas 2013, everything waa rushed and hurried. Two weeks after my initial walk through, no one was answering my calls to fix the walk through repairs. three weeks after living in the home, the master bath has flooded through the walls and into the master bath. After I threatened to contact an attorney Sumeer sent plumbers out to investigate.

I was told that my sewer line had collapsed 10 feet under ground and that it was the citys problem to fix, not the builder, and to contact the city. I contacted the city and they informed me that it was indeed not the fault of the city but in fact the problem of the builder. I contacted Sumeer once again, to let them know what the city has told me and at this point, two more weeks later, they (the city and Sumeer Homes) were pointing fingers at each other, and I am in the mean time, not able to wash, bathe, clean dishes, flush toilets, to avoid the sewer water flooding my home again. After reaching out to the news media and trying to contact counsel Sumeer shows up with a tractor and starts digging up my yard (10 feet into the ground) when they finally got to the source of it all, I was informed that there was never a sewer line installed by the builders. Yes my brand new home never had a sewer line installed. 

So on to the other mishaps around the house, my chimney flute just blew off my house, as well as the bolts in the garage door, there is a gash in my laundry room door, because there is a nail present on the inside wall that needs to be removed or hammered in, my carpet has paint over spray every where I have pieces of base board missing as well as paint and caulk missing every where. the bathroom fixtures are missing and my front door knob just twisted off in my hand, shall I keep going?? They left two pile of bricks in front of my hot water heater which the plumber intructed me that it was a hazzard and he was going to have Sumeer move them. They are still there. They left broken bulbs in my light fixtures, and I can justn go on and on and on. I am at my wits end and I just dont know what to do. I regret spending a dime of my money with Sumeer, I wish I had looked deeper into the company, they are horrible, I wish I could turn back time, this nightmare is still happening to me.
