At the end of March, I bought 4 weekend tickets for the Reading Festival. Summerfestivaltickets.com took my money (903) and sent me a confirmation. The tickets were due to arrive next week. Now, a couple of weeks before the event, the company tell me they will not be sending the tickets and to contact my credit card company for a refund. They say they are no longer trading, but their website is still live.

Sadly the few tickets left are now selling for nearly 400 each.

I've got four very disappointed children.
