Summit Van Lines Guy Shoshan said our charges were fraudulent and did a charge back on their credit card Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Summit Van Lines are employed by thieves & crooks.  We performed repairs on their truck for them in March of 2012 & in April 2012 they put a charge back on their credit card.  They said our charges were fraudulent.  The services & parts done on their truck totaled over $3,500.00.  Since they are based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida we did not get an imprint of their credit card so American Express sided with them. 

Guy Shoshan was the representative at Summit Van Lines that gave us the credit card over the phone & now is avoiding our phone calls.  We plan to take the company to smalls claims court & press charges against them.  After reviewing all the other horrible reviews that this company has it is very sad they are still in business.  Please do not use this company, they take advantage of their customers and small businesses.  If they plan to charge back repairs being done on their trucks, who knows what they will try to get away with, with the condition of their trucks & their customers.
