i was told that i would be recieving a home envelope stuffing package which would be $2.00 per envelop and instead the package which was sent to me was nothing but a bunch of circulars, so i returned thair mail on my on pocket money and a note with my phone number but they haven't replyed and they told me there was %100 money back and 5yrs warrenty. so i would like it very much if my 49.95 would find it self it my mail box. thanks

It would have been very helpful if this person could have included more information, so that we could do a more thorough search for information to help resolve this issue.

As it is, I would suggest that this person follow-up by writing to our company, and explaining their situation in detail.

As with all mail, it is not a perfect system, and I will state that you should never assume that all of your mail has reached the intended destination.

Always contact the receiver, if you have any doubts. Also keep in mind that refunds, as a general rule, take six to eight weeks to be processed and sent out.
