This two scam artists, the Canadian Jean Marie Theriault and his Mexican Partner Jose Francisco Ramos (Alias: Al) are two Con Man! They are laundering money for a local crime boss and had their car and business torched because of money desputes. Be Warned!
Do Not make business with this company, do not trust your money or your credit card info. With them. They duplicate the card details and sell the information: home address, phone number, annual income, to a crime group in Florida.
They pose as "Resort Marketing agency", "fly & Buy" "Vacation Club" Ect. But they have nothing to sell, it's just a front to launder money.
Alex Ramoss car was torched in 2010 and in 2011 theyve moved offices twice because of threats. One office was damaged when during the night someone ripped the ACs off the walls. Jean Marie Theriault is know for saying he can make a 1 Million Dollars disappear and come back clean again within about 8 months. That's his business card.
His Mexican Partner Al is pitching hotel owners to give them contracts to Market their resort. It is nothing more then smoke and lies. They're heavily mortgaged and couldnot even afford the rent this month. They've asked the land lord for 2 months grace and they will pay him back more. The reason is they pay Protection Fees every month for the sum of 4,000 USD to the Local Crime Boss. the Fattest. This guy is from La Familia Michoacana and these are some very scary people.
LaFamilia Michoacana has bought the debt of Puerto Bahia (the failed Real estate development with Mark Telon) and is now blackmailing them into launder money in the States. They run "contests" on line, calling people and telling them they "won" a vacation.
Yeah, that's about as effective as it sounds. But it gives them cover to run a Merchant account and transport money.
Be Wear! Do not Give them money and Do Not go into business with them.
If you need any further proof, just contact their former business partners. Villa Del Palmar, Mayan Group, Vallarta Gardens. See what kind of answers they'll give you when you ask for references. Non of the resorts they've worked with in 2010 are still on their client list. If they were so good at whatever they've promised you, don't you think they'd have lasting work relationships?
