At the Suntrust in Stuart, VA.  First, didn't post my 'deposit' till the day after it was supposed to be posted.  Then, processed my largest 'deductions' first, resulting in 6 overdrafts instead of one!  Vikki, the manager said she couldn't do anything about it.  I am unemployed and our fridge is empty.  I was counting on that $200 to feed my family.  This behavior is anti-Christian.  To paraphrase the good book.  'Exodus 22:25' “If you lend money to any of my people with you who is poor, you shall not be like a moneylender to him, and you shall not charge arbitrary and hurtful overdraft fees."

It's obvious what actually happened. You attempted to cover checks or debits after you authorized them. The funds were not available at the time you wrote those checks or authorized those debits.

 So, I ended up getting 72.00 back.  Which means I'm down a hundred; but beggars can't be choosers...  I suppose.

 The funds were available.  The bank chose not to post the check covering the funds until the next day.  Then, the bank also chose to post the largest deposit first, resulting in multiple overdraft fees.  From my understanding Christianity doesn't promote the exploitation of the have nots- though I'm sure you may have a different interpretation.

The funds were not available when you authorized the withdrawals. What type of behavior describes someone that authorizes withdrawals against unavailable funds?
