I paid Carol Shamis at Sunbelt Credit solutions to negotiate a loan modification for me.  I gave her a check for $995.00 in November of 2008.  She will not return phone calls or answer emails.  I heard from my lender after her 19 months of "work" only to find out that they want twice as much money as I was paying before.  There was no modification here, just extortion.
