Sunbelt Credit I am 2 months late on my payment which I realize and have been before and paid a month at a time etc... Yet this day Ellen came from Sunbelt, she parked in my neighbors yard across the street, we thou Ocala, Florida

I am 2 months late on my payment which I realize and have been before and paid a month at a time etc... Yet this day Ellen came from Sunbelt, she parked in my neighbors yard across the street, we thought it was the electric company? Their dog was barking at her so the neighbor had to bring him in. Still no one moved from the car? Then as I brought the grandchildren out to the car and finally my son in law got ready I got in the car, he was going to drive. She ran across the yard and asked him for me, while I was out there with the children the whole time. So I got out of the car unknowing who it was.

She stated she was Ellen from Sunbelt Credit, (actually she was the last person I told my problem too 3 months ago and she said she would help), She stated I was late on my payment, I told her that it would be 2 weeks, she looked at her paper and said that is what they keep hearing. Well don't know who they called and talked to but it wasn't me. But I told her Feb 1 as I was to get money then. She said well they would be back to pick up the stuff. Here is was the 23rd or 24th of January, only 7 days past my 2nd month. And I would be 3 months behind in March 16th.

I have been having problems since a molestation in my home, then a mortgage that was going through and okay, but the last day when the truck was being packed they said no. So since June I have been going through molestation, homelessness, and loss of income (no commission) from my previous job I had to leave. I now work at home so that if my car is taken I can still work. I am doing the best I can and do not plan to not pay I have just had a hard time. I didn't buy anything for Christmas for anyone, and don't have money to buy anything for myself all I do is pay bills. But I can only pay them 90, or if late 100 dollars at a time. I can not pay less unless they are deferring which I had 3 months ago.

I plan to pay them and called Sunbelt Corporate office. They said someone the district manager would call, no call. I will be calling again today. I told them if they have to get me please park in the driveway knock on my door or ring the bell. I will answer, but I will not have my grandchildren have to hear her attitude with me. I have been doing business with them for about 2 years, I have never had this happen. And respect of the customer whether they are paying or not should be. I have paid and was in good standing all this time. Until I couldn't pay the last 4 months but to pay behind payments. I now owe 2 payments and plan to pay one at least Feb 1st or 2nd depending on when my money comes.
