If Jack's wife or family member worked there I wonder if things would be different? Most of the people who live at Sunmount in secure units have criminal backrounds and should be in prisons, however, someone has made the decission that they would not fit into the general prison population.
I agree that it is time for the people of Tupper Lake and Franklin County to stand up and say "Enough of this. Either do your job or get out!!" ..Mr. Delehanty!
