"I received the above referenced collection notice today. I
have no idea what this is for and moreover, have absolutely no intention of
paying it. Please furnish me within thirty days documentation bearing my
signature as proof that this debt is valid. In the event that you are unable to
furnish such documentation I request that you stop contacting me via mail,
phone or e-mail regarding this debt. Be advised that I will exhaust every civil
remedy available to me to protect my name and to protect myself from further
harassment."
If these unprincipled thugs continue to harass me about this bogus debt they will be making the worst mistake they have ever made and one that they shall regret for as long as they are in business.
