Sunrise Senior Living, who will be filing bankruptcy soon, has gone from first to worst in elderly service. From ED's threatening workers and are allowed to get away with it, to abuse of residents, bank accounts at the home being short, and area managers that promise to help, but turn their bac ks when needed. Sunrise has become the scum of the pond that the fish throw up on.
Their buildings are old and look it. Their heating systems are breaking down all the time and leaving residents without heat. The Executive Directors trick DPW and call each home when the state is on their way to that particular home.
Their corporate office ignores employees that need help. That means they treat their residents the same way.
They charge 5-7 thousand dollars a month for a room, and they have 1 housekeeper doing the entire building. They are disgusting. Check with DPW.
