I used google to find a spa on the internet and came across spas direct , a web site came up and I tried to use paypal to pay for it, sfyer trying several times I decided to ring up, spoke to mark kirry regarding the spa and he took my deposit over the phone then made me wait 4 weeks, making excuses the delivery company hadn't got thing ready there end to forward the spa to me

finally 5 weeks later the spa arrived and it was so packed up I couldn't open it up that day, next day I opened the spa packaging only to find it was silver inside and not blue like is ordered over the phone

Didn't have a leg to stand on because there was no paper trace

I rang up immediately to complain and he said it was the only one available but close to the colour blue so they thought they would send it anyway

Just been happy to have a spa finally at my house I settled for a small compensation of 2 spare filters, which I have been waiting now over 3 months to receive

10 text messages later , 4 emails and still nothing , the excuses are rediculas

I finally demanded they honour there word over a week ago now and I've heard nothing back from Paul England or mark kirry

It's like they don't exist anymore

I'm so angry they knew exactly what they were doing and I'm another statistic for them, there nothing but common thiefs

it seems I've made a mistake and the filters I was promised were actually sent out but lost in the post the first time they were sent out, all is resolved now and I'm happy with the end result
