I applied for a loan with sunsetdirectlenders,after about a week I was contacted by a rep.
which informed me that I was approved for 6000 dollars which I could pay off in three years
at 180 dollars a month.I was told I needed to purchase insurance that would
cover me for thirty days if I were to lose my job or get sick that premium was 500 dollars.
I filled out all the documents and kept copies and faxed all the information that was required by me.
On Friday I sent my 500 dollar premium through western union to mr.lennox powell,18 yonge st brock,ontario,m1b-3y9,canada which I was told within one to two
hrs I would have my balance of six thousand direct deposited to my checking account.I
Waited four hrs and called my rep back which I could not contact,I proceeded to call

one of the managers named mark newman as I asked him about my case I was rushed
off the phone and I was given a number to lisa edmonds who is supposed to handle

First of all, I wish to thank this web page from Rebuttal for providing this kind of information in order to help all kind of people the risk of getting into SCAM like I have been in the past. Today, I receive a phone call from a person named Sam Wilson from USAcash advance which have told me that I have been approved for a loan of $2,000.00, terms of the loan 12 months, Monthly Payment $200.00. Rate of Interesty 1.20% APR 5.7% which payment starts in January of 2013. They said that my loan have been approved and the Loan Reference Number they gave me was RS-5559. They said if I decided to accept this load to contact them at 206-317-1449. I replied that I will get back to them, if I decided accept their offer. Immediately something inside me was telling me that this was a kind of SCAM. After saying that my loan was approved, then they requested ahead to sent them a Repayment of $200.00 dollars today and it should go through Weston Union. I replied that if this was a loan why they can not take off from such loan of $2,000.00 dollars the $200.00 dollars. They replied that to process my loan it has to be paid first the sum of $200.00 dollars to complete the process. I told them that at this time I do not have the money and once I get it I will contact them; which of course I won't because I know that this is SCAM fraud.
I exhort all the people to very careful with credit cards because these kind of people once they have all your information they try to trap you and when you find out it will be too late. Again, please be very careful and review you credit score every three weeks, because you never know the kind of surprises you can find.

i dnt know if u noticed but mr jordan works for sunset direct lenders trying to make the company look good.my advice is to not send any money u will never see a penny no matter what they promise u.mr jordan will give u one of the many numbers i have posted.ill give u an eye opener ive called everyday for three weeks and left messages do u think anyone has called me back or answered my phone calls.i paid the so called premium they r trying to make u pay.its a scam stay as far away as u can..........

my question is to jordan...because u said you received the loan, i was approved but i kept receiving calls from benjamin heart with a new york number i stumbled across this article and immediately started calling the 1800 number on the website i also emailed them sayini was goin to decline to take the loan because i think they are scam artist, since then a man named mark newman from a 305 area code number out of florida has been contacting me willing to answer any questions i have im so skeptical...
i do not have 500$ to waist so mr jordan id love to know who your loan rep was an thenumber they called u from so tht i know how to proceed...

I was desparate and took the risk. Sent $1500 for insurance premium and today woke up to $15,000 in my checking account. You must have completed something incorrectly or were speaking with scam artist acting like Sunset Direct.

mr jordan why would i try to do a loan in someone elses name thats fraud.after all that i have posted and the evidence ive provided u so far even the pictures of the contract ive attached u still believe they r who they say they r.well i felt the same way and i was happy to pay that premium to get that loan it would have helped out in a big way.every name ive listed u will deal with or their name will appear on the contract and ive provided u with every number that is in connection with sunset direct lenders.wouldnt u want to see a person that has already lost money believing in this company get his money back or the promised loan before u pay these scammers.i just think thats something u should think about u work hard for ur money and these scammers are really good at what they do.they got me dnt let them get u too.i realize now if it sounds to good to be true then its a scam.

this goes to everyone why would u ask a ? and get all ur anwsers black on white.dnt u think people can change numbers and adresses to scam u out of ur money.with the company i named sunset direct lenders i have no benefit of telling u a lie im trying to keep everyone from losing money.if u look at all the information i have provided to u,u will see all the number ive provided and the names that ive given u are all the same company yes given sean sounds foreign but how do i have all these other numbers that are all connected to sunset direct lenders.i also have all copies of my contract and emails from sunset direct lenders how do u explain that if its supposed to be a craigslist scam all i can say is ya right.its one thing to scam people but its another if u have a companys logo and contract and know all the people that work for that company dnt u think.at this point there is nothing else i can do for people that are willing after they know the tru facts to still give these companys money..........

also if u look into where the office is supposed to be located in jacksonville it is fake i spoke to an attorney that has an office on that complex.all i can do is warn u about this company i have all the receipts,mailing adresses and contracts that are all from sunset direct lenders with signatures names and telephone numbers.i sent my money off friday and today is wednesday havent received anything in the mail or on my account not even a phone call.also think about them having all your personal information when you send them ur contract.just keep that in mind........

Sir here is the phone number - 1-866-247-8054 and this is the fax number, 1-866-527-0823....The number listed for that new york address is not the number for sunset direct. They do not have an office in New York. The number that is listed with that new york address goes to a person who can barely speak English and is Indian. I am paying my insurance premium right to the insurance company. You got scammed by someone acting like they were part of sunset directors using a google voice phone number.

these are all the addresses listed from sunset direct lenders with numbers.i believe whoever sent this message about sunset direct lenders is with the company.124 w.34th st. suite 208,new york,ny,10001,841 prudential dr,jacksonville,fl,32207 and 2475 northwinds pkwy,alpharetta,georgia 30009.the only telephone number that is used at all times even on the sunset direct lender website is 1-585-300-6045 and fax 1-206-426-6045.this goes to the gentleman that is about to make the mistake as i did.i have family and they took 540.00 dollars that i sent to get this loan that would have helped me alot financially and i could have repaired my credit.i have still not heard anything from them and they do not answer my calls after i sent the money thirty minutes later.my hard earned money was gone.i will be broke for another two weeks because i only make 1200 a month.
this company is not about setting the record straight and helping people like you and me.to have a new start in life they take advantage of you and kick you while ur down.if u see all the info i have posted u will know that i am talking about the same company this guy says is great mmmm makes me wonder how bout u????

I think you got screwed by someone pretending to be sunset direct. They do not have an office in New york city. The office is in Jacksonville Florida. The number you listed in to someone that is indian. Most of those are the craigslist scammers.

Did you ever end up receiving your money? I have just been approved for a loan aswell and have to pay an insurance premium. I was told the money would be in my account in 48-72 hours. I am going to make my payment on Monday Next week.
