When given the chance this company refused to investigate one of their employees even after a complete RX bottle of Adderol was found on her person. the RX being in someone elses name. When asked about this Tina Layne replied that it is "No Biggie" She has plenty of pills. She has been convicted of drug use in the recent past. She has never submitted any drug test? But stilil she is allowed to come and watch my children. I have found that she was also arrested for a violent crime a few months ago. Her Sister Crystal Layne also works with Cheryl and she was arrested while pregnant for Wreckless driving alcohol involved, again while she was pregnant. And these are the women they send to watch my children. Thank God for ROR I now know not to let these women in my house or near my children. If either of these women come to watch your children call the authorities immediatly. Neither are licensed and both have extensive criminal past. Tina Can not pass a drug test if her life depended on it. But then it seems that companies no longer require people who work with children to be safe around children.

I have seen personally how dangerous and crazed Cheryl Matchett and her employees are. If you need a Babysitter find one that will not hurt your child. SUNSHINE BABYSITTING is a bad company. Cheryl's sitters will leave your children alone. Cheryl Matchett's employees steal, invite friends over while you are gone and do drugs. If you hire this Crazy women or any of the criminals that she hires you do not love your children.
How easy is it to call another company and know beyond doubt that your children are safe. In this post alone Cheryl Matchett admitted she was aware of a child being abused and did nothing. Cheryl is more worried about publicity than safety of children. Cheryl one can not abduct a child they have custody of. Though I have had to now contact the state atorneys office with your statement that you were aware of a childs abuse.
I have let them know that I will testify that you threatened me with a gun, as wll my wife and four ushers from the church parking lot that you attempted to kidnap my child from. You are a sick woman and I hope you recieve the help you need while you are in prison. Leave me and my family alone. You have hurt my daughter enough. You are dangerous and negligent. Another Cheryl Matchett Alias. Miss Matchett is aware that a child was being abused. When an attempt was made to take the child to the hospital Cheryl Matchett blocked the childs family and vehicle. She drove around an entire parking lot attempting to run me over and blocked my car in. For the record, I live with my wife. For the record Cheryl Matchett did call my elderly mother screaming threats and obscenity. Fact Crystal Layne has been proven by DCF to have allowed her daughter to be abused. Fact Cheryl Matchett threatened to shoot me with a gun. Fact several Church Ushers heard this and filled out reports to that affect. Fact Cheryl Matchett in her last posting here admitted she was aware of abuse but according to her burning a child seven times with a cigarette, pushing a two year old down the stairs, slamming her into a wall, leaving handprints on her inner thighs from flinging her across the room is minor. Miss Matchett is delusional and dangerous. If she comes anywhere near my child again I will file an injunction for protection from her sedistic behavior. The woman in my and many others opinion is a sociopath. Ask Jennifer Kesse's parents. They had to seek help in order to stop Cheryl Matchett from profiting off of their daughters disappearance. Sick woman, frightening that she is allowed around children.

You are a pathological liar.
Your mother had to call DCF on you for your belligerence hostility and raging disrespect toward her.
She wishes she didn't have to deal with you. You should be on your own supporting your child and living a decent life and your mother should be living a quiet a peaceful life free of stress.
You don't' have business locations. You were part of a white color crime syndicate a few years ago that was busted where people when to jail, then you tried to start your own business using the same name GVT and it is defunct.
Leave Cheryl alone. She is a good person who has done nothing but good in her life. She tried to help Crystal and unfortunately, because of you, she had to let Crystal go. Everyone should be given an opportunity to succeed in life including Crystal. She made some mistakes, but they were not criminal in nature, they were all traffic issues that were all resolved in the courts and she is driving now with no issues at all and works full time. Crystal is trying very hard to make it in this world. She doesn't need someone like you constantly riding her and running her down.
As far as Cheryl is concerned, Cheryl doesn't deserve to be treated badly and lied about by the likes of you. You only spoke to her once on the phone, where she asked you to stop and you wouldn't allow her to appeal to your mother to try to make you stop your insanity, and the other time is when she offered to help Crystal drop her baby off at the church for you. There were security guards present that Cheryl provided for protection, and several witnesses were there to observe you act like a maniac like you always do. All Cheryl asked you to do is to allow her to transport Crystal to the hospital you were planning to take your daughter too. That is all she was asking, and you turned it in to HIGH drama calling all levels of law enforcement on the scene, fire medical and police, wasting thousands of dollars of tax payer money and you turned Cheryl's simple asking that Crystal follow you to the hospital into guns etc., and poor Cheryl had to open her car for inspection by police and they didn't find any weapons at all. You blew everything out of proportion and everyone could hear all the lies you were telling to officers. All of the Orlando and Maitland police know who you are and this custody situation you have with Crystal and it is frightening, because everyone believes you will commit a serious crime of abduction or worse because of your mental problems and how you react.
There may be truths you have about the way your daughter is being treated, but it is guaranteed that they are minor issues you have blown way out of proportion because you don't know how to control your emotions.
This matter your dealing with has nothing to do with Cheryl so leave her alone!

So are you the owner of the company or a Media Person? You are certainly ignorant. Cheryl Matchett you have endangered my Family. You have stolen my Social security Numbers and used them illegally and Fraudulently. There is not a person with dignity that would ever risk their childrens health, their childrens lives based on the words of a woman who attempted to profit off of the disappearance of a young college student, a woman who would allow a child to be continually abused and not contact authorities, a woman who can threaten to shoot a man and his family in a church parking lot. THE TRUTH

Cheryl Matchett of Sunshine Babysitting has ceased from tarnishing my name. She has done this as she is aware that as it stands she has slandered a good, decent man. She has done this as damage control. I discovered that Miss Matchett(Miss because she is not married) was hiring people whom she was aware have history's with abusing children. She allowed a known drug dealer and child abuser use of her vehicle (Some sort of trade for drugs I am sure). When confronted on a personallevel Miss Cheryl Matchett of Maitland refused to do anything in order to rectify her error. I went to pick my daughter up from her abusive mother(Crystal Ann Layne) and she was covered in abuse. . . Obvious Abuse. I took her to the hospital. The doctors and the investigator from DCF agreed that my daughter had bee severly beaten and abused. Charges were pressed against Nathan Simmons, Crystal Layne admitted she was aware that Nathan Simmons had burned the baby with a cigarette seven times out of anger. . . she did nothing. I asked Miss Matchett and Crystal Layne what had happened they told me not to worry about it, that it is non of my business. I explained I would be eading to the hospital, that I would be calling DCF. Miss Matchett continued to scream and yell and tell me she would watch me die. She then slammed her car in behind us, blocking my car in and tell me child in hand that she would shoot me. She then reached under her car seat for a gun. Luckily the ushers in the parking lot at the church stopped her from shooting into a vehicle with my wife and child inside.
Miss Matchett is unstable and dishonest. She has made and recanted several statements on this site and others. The recant's are the main issue. She is letting you know that this entire post is truthful she has endangered my child and several others. She did this knowingly, willingly and profitably. AVOID SUNSHINE BABYSITTING AT ALL COST. It is better to stay home with you children than to use a babysiter with criminal history. If the owner of the company is being investigated for a felony it is time to find a nanny, some one you can trust not to intentionally hurt your child. Someone who is drug tested and background checked.

Cheryl Matchett Subsidized the abuse against my child by defending her employee Crystal Layne, Whom Miss Matchett was aware had signifigant criminal history and continued to employ and more send to watch innocent children. All just so Miss Matchett could make an extra buck. Cheryl Matchett allowed Nathan Simmons a Known Child abuser and molester to drive her car on his drug deals. This I witnessed personally. Miss Matchett is now aware that this thread is 100% honest and she is in danger of loosing her license to endanger children further. Miss Matchett illegal stole and used my social Security numbers and used information in an attempt to slander my name. The proof is evident. Miss Matchett no longer defends Crystal Layne as she is aware that Crystal Layne is indeed a child abuser and a drug addict. Statistics show that companys who have hired one] child abuser generally hire more, run no background history and will lie about the quality of their company. If you are looking for a sitter service, please find one that is not in the habit of hiring drug addicts and child abusers, your children deserve to be safe. On a positive note....Cheryl Matchett is no longer allowed with in five hundred feet of my Daughter.(Who was in Miss Matchetts car with seven cigarette burns on her arm). Keep your children safe from sick predators, do research before hiring any babysitter, DO NOT HIRE SUNSHINE BABYSITTING!!!

Crystal Layne of Sunshine Babysitting has been verified by DCF for failure to protect a child from Abuse. Nathan Simmons has been verified for Child Abuse. Cheryl Machette caused a smoke screen for Nathan Simmons by interferring with court proceedings with direct falsehoods and intentions of hurting the only parent Betsy has that is trying to keep her safe. Nathan Simmons is the Son of Orlando Attorney Cleatous Simmons. Crystal Layne admitted in both police and DCF reports that Nathan Simmons did indeed severly beat our daughter, She later recanted her statment for compensation. Betsy is safe with Daddy and will continue to be.It is sad that anyone would trust a child abuser to work as a babysitter.

Cheryl Matchette I urge you to do some research. Every bit of it is true and I believe you are merely trying to run damage control now that you know a person you hired does indeed have an extensive criminal record. That you did indeed loan your PT Cruiser to said individual, that her boyfriend was arrested twice while Madison was with them for drugs. Twice in three months for drugs. She three times in a 2 year span for leaving the scene. DCF is looking for Crystal and Madison. The police have been out looking for Madison. We all believe something bad has happened to her. If you know where Madison is Cheryl, I urge you to call DCF. It is time for you to actually care about a child. VS exploiting mine for personal gain.

If you know the where abouts Of Madison Ward please contact DCF. If you care at all Please let DCF know where Madison is. And you are correct First thing in the morning an injunction will be filed for Madisons safety. As well as charges for filing a false police information and child endangerment. I will be with the police attempting to do a safety check. The police have been several times looking for Madison as well as DCF. To no success. A child is in danger. I am doing everything legally possible to protect my daughter from the inherent harm being caused from the exposure to drugs and violence in her environment. I have been exposed to so much, filed reports, shown papers from doctors and pictures consistant of child abuse the moment Madison came home. She has been returned covered in flea bites, also documented. Certain people have been arrested several times for leaving after cuasing an accident , for being in possesion of illegal drugs, for pulling guns on people, for domestic violence, for driving recklessly while under the influence pregnant. If you Know where Madison is you need to Call DCF.

Cheryl Magette IDENTITY FRAUD

Cheryl Magette stole personal information about me including my social security number, She then used this information to illegally obtain personal information about me from LEXISNEXIS who once contacted let me know that Miss Magette had claimed I signed an order giving her permission to access said information. I did nothing of the sort. I have now been blackballed because of a sealed Juvenile record that was attained by a con artist from a company who's job it is to make sure that personal information is not released with out consent. I have filed a complaint and been asked to provide certain information.
I must be frank here, After all of this I would not give any information to LEXISNEXIS for money. As polite as they had been for the 5 days following the incident, I have not recieved any calls letting me know the status of my case. Again I have been asked to provide them with information and it seems odd to me that a company that is very good at what they do wants me to provide them with anything. I contacted an attorney and he said that I should give them one week to fix the situation. I have now given 10 days. My councel has allowed me the knowledge that both of these companies have made huge errors one intentional the other for a complete lack of respect for state and federal law. My Identity has been comprimised at the hands of Cheryl Magette. I have physical proof of this atrocity.

You had been told about Tina's drug use, though that did not deter you from sending her to childrens houses? You have been contacted. You refuse to do anything but try and make another dollar off of trusting parents expecting you to do at least the bare minimum of what the state requires. Cheryl Matchett is an unstable and irrational woman who called a 67 year old woman and threatened her life. A 67 year old woman had to explain to a police officer in Maitland about how she was called by a stark raving mad woman screaming at the top of her lungs like a five year old. And this is someone who takes care of children? This woman has acted like a complete lunatic. She has further proven her inability to use reason by attacking my Morality but Cheryl I do not run a bussiness dealing with others children, I have not been charged with a crime in 7 years. I have not even had a point on my drivers license. I was arrested for someone else pulling a gun on me, I took it out of his hands. I am proud of what I did. I would do it again in the same situation. Just because the criminal law system is broke does not make me a criminal. I do not own a business and I am not a public figure. I feel a complete investigation into you and all of your employees is warranted. You did not receive a call from anyone representing themselves an attorney or a private investigator, only an employee of an investigative firm under an anonymous name (which many of them do).

From what I can see, all one needs to do is Google Taylor C Ward, Taylor Cloyd Ward or Taylor Ward, and find that either you are posing as a person fighting yourself, or your using this forum to attack others, when if you are a true victim, you would not deal with matters of this nature, especial where it involves a child, in a public forum, instead of following the proper channels such as notifying the Department of Children and Families, for suspected abuse or calling the police if you know someone is leaving to babysit children while drunk or have the decency to notify me, her employer.

I was going to stay out of this. You have now used my name. This sight is for reporting about business'. I am not sure what the three of you are all about. I do know this. I was just with the Police, I am filing an injunction against this Cheryl Matchett Woman. She called my 67 year old mother and threatened her life. Hiring criminals to watch others children check, Claiming Tina and Crystal have not worked for you since 2010??? Prove it, You can not you say? I am aware that they both still work with you though neither is state certified. But then I have had a hard time finding your certification Cheryl perhaps you would provide a link so we would know you have more than just a Tax Id. But then the burden of proof lies with in the internet. You see I do have a criminal history but then I am a good father. I would never willingly allow a drug addict around my child. Do you intend on addressing the issue at all........? Show us a license for Tina Layne. Show us her passed drug test. Show us her clean criminal record....? Can you.....? NO! Look up Tina Layne Orange County and Seminole county. Do a liitle bit of your job. She has been arrested and plead guilty to narcotics charges. When her house burned down the fire marshall found peices of her Marijuana pipe with in ten feet of the fire source. But again why would things like that matter to any parent right?
