Suntrup Kia West County Suntrup lies, rip off, false advertising, forced sales, intimidation, cussed out Ballwin, Missouri

Was forced by Joby, Mike Cross and Jeff Davis about the entire sale. "get 5000.00 more for your trade" was a big lie and then they say that they will "have you sign papers to see what the bank will doa nd you can back out of the deal" then when that time comes, they say that your car is "sold" and that the only option is to buy their big piece of junk they sell. Worst yet they not only lie but I recorded the way they cussed me out and clearly go back on what they just said ten seconds earlier.

Do not buy from these scammers, there are reports in the st louis post and all about their poor ethics. They will rip you off for sure, then in the Better Business Bureau, and contract you sign stating you and them both AGREE to arbitration, they will back out and not agree to it, they know that with the video I have they would be sorry losers! Then when it is time to do it they would get a taste of their own crud they dish out.

On top of the video I have of them making me buy their car, they also smoked in the new car I had to purchase, and had all kinds of contacts in the car of Shannons, a guy that works there. Have to love a NEW car that smells like smoke when I do not smoke, and on top of that not being able to change it thanks to them. They just thought that with my Mercedes they saw dollar signs and this is why they forced me out of it. If you want to see audio and hear them say one thing and then lie about it right away get at me (((email redacted))).   Would be glad to email it to you. Better Business bureau and many others already have!
