Suntrust Bank At Sabal Park rip off on checking account Tampa Florida

Ww have had our checking account at Suntrust for 5 years. Lately, they have been charging an extreme number and amount of UAF fees.I have complained to them several times about this, due to the fact that this is wrong.
For example this time, on May 13, my social security disability check was direct deposited. I checked on line to make sure it had been deposited, and saw that it was so I paid some bills and got groceries. leaving a balance of 141.54 on the on line statement.
On the statement today, May 14, it shows that I was charged $108. for UAF paid items penalty. Nothing else was deducted from the account from the day before but I did have another $250. deposit also a US Treasury check.
I went to the bank this morning, and the lady, Courtney, made the statement that the bills were before the deposit, I told her no I checked the account first, she repeated it word for work about two more times, I picked up my on line statements and walked out.
Both copies of the statement still show pending for the bills I paid, cable, phone and a credit card.
Tomorrow we plan to open an account at another banking establishment.
