It was a case of banking 101 checks illegally written to suntrust for "deposit only" to suntrust goes into the embezzlers personal checking account. What does Suntrust say? "Late claim on return check". You call and ask how this happened. "It shouldnt have happened" did they take accountibility? NO but our tax dollars and aid for the bank bail outs.
