I recently contracted "Super Sweet Sixteen DJs" after a lengthy attempt of the owner, Jon to get me to sign by dropping the price lower and lower and lower and lower. Now I realize exactly why that price was given  to me. They cannot get business and they cannot keep clients because they screw and defraud 1 out of 2 customers. Now I see that I am NOT the first (but hopefully last) person that has had their daughter's big day ruined by this scum. 

1.) I was promised AS PER MY CONTRACT that a certain amount of staff would be on site. There were 3 less than I was promised, and one of the 2 people that did show was insanely late. Because of these unprofessional fraudsters I now have a video with missing pieces from the CANDLE CEREMONY. This is a company that finds it appropriate to have a camera on a tri-pod and consider it professional level video. My family camcorder blows the footage I paid for away. 

2.) Everyone was so nice and helpful before they got my money and after the event I called MANY times with my video and photo concerns and was completely avoided by the scamster owner Jon. He is the lowest of the low and I'm confident that he was high at my event. If not, there's something wrong with him. I would call with complaints and the girl in the office (Amanda) would be friendly and help and promise she would speak to Jon to resolve my issues but again and again I was told things were mailed but magically I couldn't get a tracking # because it was left at home. 

3.) Frankly, I will forever kick myself for going with these people. It's clear to me that this isn't the 1st time they've screwed hard working families out of money. The DJ was ok but I was supposed to have a DJ AND MC which I didn't get. My daughter's event was ruined. It was implied to me that I got what I got because of the price I paid! I didn't make the price up myself, the "CEO" Jon gave it to me to persuade me to book. Someone needs to take this guy down. Check out his frivolous lawsuits against the state and counties. Check out the DOZENS of other complaints, why hasn't this guy been taken out of business? Why is he allowed to do this over and over again? 

I just hope someone sees this before they put a deposit down and screw themselves too.
