Supermedia is a complete ripoff! They will continue to bill you if you do not cancel your contract at least 3 months prior to the end of the contract, which of course is nowhere in the contract. When you attempt to contact them about your concerns they have the most condescending employees I have ever run across!  We started cancelling their product over 4 months ago and still they send us bills every month and tack on their "late fee".

If you are ever seeking advertising stay away from Supermedia! They will do nothing but rip you off and attempt to force you to pay them over and over again!
