SuperSpeed Software Inc are makers of a number of Windows software products such as RamDisk Plus and SuperSpeed SuperCache sold via their website at www.superspeed.com

They falsely promise with their software sales and licenses:

"There are no renewal or subscription fees. Updates within a major version are free. For example updating RamDisk Plus from version 11.5 to 11.8 is free. Upgrades to a new major version (e.g. version 11.x to 12.x) does incur an additional charge but at a discount from the usual full retail price."

And upon purchasing state:

"A license key is bound to the system's computer name. If you should ever need a license key for a different Computer Name then you will need to purchase another license. Your key and instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours during weekdays or Monday for weekend orders."

I purchased a license to their SuperSpeed RamDisk Plus software, and for the first time required a license renewal due to hardware upgrades.

All attempts to contact SuperSpeed.com via numerous emails and forms of contact such as all company emails in their website

Resellers@SuperSpeed.com 
Support@SuperSpeed.com  
Sales@SuperSpeed.com
PR@SuperSpeed.com
licensing@SuperSpeed.com

Have all been ignored, and SuperSpeed Inc appears to be abandoned. SuperSpeed has engaged in fraudulent behavior by selling software and not adhering to their own licensing terms and ignoring all communication.

Their product now appears rebranded by Raxco Software as RamDisk Plus, contact with Raxco Software regarding this partnership and obtaining access to the product i have purchased have been told:

"If you have an issue with a SuperSpeed purchase, you must contact them. We have nothing to do with their purchases.

We do sell Ramdisk Plus in partner with Superspeed, but we cannot assist you with any issues regarding your purchase because it was not made through us.

Superspeed is responsible for your software as you purchased it through them."

So there is no support from SuperSpeed.com Inc for their RamDisk Plus and users who own a legitimately purchased license have lost access to their software as promised according to SuperSpeed's licensing agreement.

Buyer beware.

Was looking at renewing my license at SuperSpeed LLC and upon researching found this article. Over the years the sales staff and customer service have kept me coming back - IE receiving licensing changes when my desktop hostname would change.

I procceded to contact consultants@superspeed.com to ask if they discontinued licensing to consumers. Within 25mins I received a response that they are still offering service, at which point purchased a software license for personal use for the RamDisk Plus 12.x software. Receieved an email confirming my purchase then an additional email requesting the hostname for the PC. This was provided and within 24hrs (per their policy on the website) they responded with a license key for my purcahse.

The transaction occured on 10/26/2015 - license received on 10/27/2015. Over the past 4 years of working with SuperSpeed (I had one issue on Windows 8) they have always been extremely responsive and friendly willing to help.

Personally I recommend this company for professional and home use BECAUSE they are so responsive and friendly to work with.

Thumbs up SuperSpeed keep staying awesome!
