Well on December 02, 2003, The company withdrew money from my checking account and screwed up my account completely. I have up to $1000.00 of overdraft charges and up to $900.00 dollars of hot checks. Little by little i have tried to pay my hot checks and pay my overdraft charges. By now i am a little annoyed with the company. I call them and wait on the phone almost an hour. I understand why now because they probably ripped off a lot more other people who are just as annoyed with them.
Anyway i call and they tell me i would be recieving my credit card in the mail in 2 weeks. Two weeks pass i got nothin. I call back and they tell me sometime this week, maybe next week and it went on and on until now. It is Feb 16, 04 and i still have no credit card, they sent me some junk that want more money for a suppose to be free cell phone, health insurance, credit card offer, like i want to spend more money than i have already spent.
So i call the customer representative again and they tell me that they are not a bank and they can not give me a credit card.
It was this company that called me that morning in november and offered me a rebuild your credit with a credit card and now they are telling me that they are not a bank. I also emailed someone at firstname.lastname@example.org telling them about my problem and they emailed me back asking for my phone number. I emailed them back on the 7th or 9th. Till this day no one has contacted me. I have not recieved my credit card. Superior Benefits is just a rip off.
They Cheat people out of thier money and lie to them time after time when we call the customer representatives, and another thing is that when they do not like what you are telling them or they are stuck in a cornor they hang up on you.
