Superior Coit Restoration Billing for work not done Seattle Washington

We had a house fire and called Superior/Coit to clean what was left after the fire. they Did not clean at all they broke and stole what little we had left. Things that cant be replaced. They boxed all of our things and returned the same soot fulled boxes. All of the boxes were full of soot and smelling of smoke still. The returned boxes were missing contents from them. They billed for work not done and when asked to fix they didnt. We got a lot of I'm sorry we cant come out we are on a biger job dont have the people to do that. The staff was rude calling to telling us that our contents they lost were of no value and that we should just claim it on our claim. The manager was not helpful at all came to our home with a line of I'm sorry this never has happen before we will fix this A.S.A.P. This didnt happen! They lied and stole from this faimly of 7 and made this nightmare go on longer. The sad part I worked for the sister company Coit I know they do good work and have friends that still work there. I had hoped for good service from them. This was not good service. Now I'm going to have to go to court to get this made right. This company is all about the money not doing the job they were hired to do. They realy dont care they think they will get paid anyway. This company is a not good and put a black mark on restoration services. good thing we have 300 photos of the crapy work!! A picture is worth a 1000 words! : )
